Granger remodeled our kitchen, bath, and installed new floors throughout the house. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and end product. Erin and Dru were always responsive and their crews were incredibly professional.

We are so happy we found Granger Remodel to handle our home remodeling project. When we purchased our home a few years ago we had a vision of what it could be. Granger made that dream come true and made our home into something truly spectacular. When we began this process we were skeptical of how it would go. We had heard story after story and warnings from friends and family. With these horror stories in mind we began our research to find someone to help us with our remodeling project. We wanted someone with experience who had good reviews from past clients. It didn't take us long to find Granger Remodel. From the first meeting with Erin and Dru we felt very at ease with them. They were upfront with how the process would work and what to expect along the way. They explained how pricing and payment would work and how much would be due at each step of the project. Once we selected them, they got to work designing our new home. We didn't have a small project. It included new flooring for the entire downstairs portion of the house, a new fireplace mantle, completely re-designed kitchen, three bathroom remodels and a master closet and laundry room remodel. They looked at everything we had as inspiration for the remodel, listened to all the things we wanted, made suggestions where necessary and never once said that something was impossible. From the beginning we felt they really wanted to give us exactly what we expected. They took our budget and then came back with a design that not only matched what we had envisioned but was also within the budget we gave them. From that point forward they took care of everything. Their crew was very professional and respectful of our home while they were working on it. They bid out each of the projects they couldn't perform themselves and worked with the subcontractors. We never had to deal with anyone but Dru, Erin, and their team. At the very end, we walked through the house and pointed out some small areas where work wasn't quite right or needed to be completed and they didn't baulk one bit. They noted every little touchup that was left, no matter how minor and didn't ask for final payment until it was all completed. We still have one more room we would like remodeled in the future and when it's time to get that one done, we won't hesitate to call Granger for that job.

We recently remodeled our master bath, master closet, powder bath, and laundry room with Granger Remodel. They were wonderful throughout every step of the project. Erin is a true star in the design process. She inserts her knowledge and thoughts where needed but is always sensitive to the the space becoming uniquely yours. The job used qualified subs throughout and they strive to follow up every detail until you are satisfied. I would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Granger Remodel & Design on our whole house renovation. They laid everything out for us and worked with us on our desired designs and selections. They made the process easy and as carefree as possible. They laid out the project in detail for us from start to finish. We knew exactly what we were getting and how much it was going to cost. No project is ever exactly as expected but when something did come up, they were very straightforward, explained everything and asked how we wanted to proceed. Anything we asked for which we were not satisfied with, they made sure was redone or fixed to our standard. The project did end up going longer than originally contacted but most of that was outside their control. They stand behind their work and provide a high quality product. It was a bit terrifying to trust anyone with such a huge project, especially when you hear so many horror stories of contractors doing shoddy, unreliable work, but Granger was a God send.

Dru and his team did an amazing job with our Kitchen remodel. He finished the job within the promised timeline, stayed within budget, and adjusted plans on the fly to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the final output. Katrina, his designer, was great too-she really helped me visualize the design and make all the “little” choices that matter the most. I’m loving our new kitchen and would highly recommend him for renovation work.

We got so lucky to have Granger remodel our kitchen! I had always heard horror stories about contractors. Dru and his team were complete professionals. All of our communications were answered promptly, the timeline on the project was spot on and they always took time to update us as the construction phases completed. When we first purchased our home a little over 2 years ago, we knew it was going to take time and equity to make it the way we envisioned. The first year, every little project we tried to do turned out to be over budget, over time and more work than we could have ever anticipated. This year, we decided it was time to hire a professional to help us with our upstairs bathroom because we weren't sure what we would find on the second floor once we started to demo. I researched and talked to vendors for 4 months; gathering quotes and options. When I met with Dru from Granger Remodel, I knew this was going to be it! I told him about our vision, the bad luck we had had in the past and the budget range we wanted to stay in. Dru created a custom budget for us and showed us where we could save and where we should spend a little more. He even sent us some design suggestions that he thought would match our vision, like the patterned tile! Dru's crew started on time, were professional and clean and spent time on the details. He was wrapped up ahead of schedule and on budget! I have been extremely impressed at the craftsmanship and professionalism of the entire Granger Remodel team. We now have a bathroom that we love to show off! If you have an idea for a project (big or small), I would highly recommend Granger Remodel! They will spend the time walking through the project and offering ideas to help you get exactly what you imagined; or in our case, better than we could have thought!

Very happy with the work that Dru and his team did for us. Painting, repairing dry wall and base boards, updating/replacing some other fixtures. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan on using them again soon.
