“When we moved to South Carolina, we found a small three-bedroom house in a perfect location. However, the house was badly in need of help to become our forever home. The kitchen had a few old, battered cabinets, and the dishwasher was across the room from the sink. The main bedroom had so many doors that we could barely fit our queen bed into the room, much less walk around it. Water appeared in the basement with every rain. And the electrical system was a disaster! Julie and Mike took on the project, and despite many unexpected discoveries about the house along the way, they completed it within a reasonable time frame at a realistic cost. They listened to us, they heard what we wanted and needed, and their work was excellent. We now have a new kitchen and two lovely bathrooms. Our bedroom now has room for the bed as well as a dresser and a chest of drawers. Our basement is always dry, and our utility systems are safe. Thanks to Remodel Greenville, we now have a safe, cozy, beautiful house to call home.”

“Eric Howe and his crew of A&S Home Improvements are simply the best! We have worked with Eric on renovating our kitchen, three bathrooms and repairing the entire lower level of our house after we experienced a flood. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knows the latest trends and he knows just the right experts (such as flooring, cabinetry, tile, paint) who can assist in the project. He is very thorough and will not stop until the finished job is absolutely perfect!”

“It was a pleasure to work with C&M Contracting for my bathroom/bedroom remodel. From the initial design to the vendors they have to assist you with making decisions about your cabinets, tile, plumbing fixtures, countertops and flooring, the process was seamless. My home is 25 years old, so the bathroom demo reduced it to the studs to be sure the plumbing and electrical were up to par before the reconstruction began. The plan to remove the large jetted tub and double the shower size turned out amazing! Charlie, Michael and their helper Alejandro followed a timeline and informed me daily of what to expect and kept to the outlined estimate. They were courteous, cheerful, a joy to have working in my home and extremely talented and skilled craftsman. Neatness and tidiness are a big part of their work ethic! The remodel of my bathroom and added hardwoods to my bedroom has exceeded my expectations. Both rooms are absolutely beautiful thanks to C & M Contracting!”
