Hands down Hands You Demand is a 5 star. Being in the service industry myself for 35 years I recognize superior service when I see it and I saw it with Hands You Demand. Our project manager, Tee, was great. If there was an issue he fixed it. No hesitation. Always in communication and available for us. The team he had for our project was exceptional as well. They worked hard everyday and were very professional. It was truly a great experience working with them. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Hand you demand helped us get our house back together after a burst pipe that effected all our main living spaces, except the bedrooms. They were highly communicative and easy to work with. Straight forward costs. They really strive for customer satisfaction. If there was something small we felt should be different. They fixed/changed to our liking without question. Tee was our project manager and was great. Highly recommend. Hope to post our pictures soon once we have all our stuff moved in. The parts of our project we were most impressed with was the popcorn ceiling removal and kitchen install. Will use them again! And again!

Hands You Demand was excellent to work with. They were very responsive and checked in often to make sure the work was what we wanted. They were very quick to begin the project as well. I was pleased with the results and the process as a whole. I definitely recommend them.

HYD did an excellent job with our master bathroom remodel. Highly recommend! We needed to remodel our bathroom after some water got behind some tile, causing damage. When we first got quotes, we chose HYD not because it was the cheapest, but because the project manager (Tee) gave a thorough estimate, asked good questions, and gave us the confidence he had the time, attention, and skill set to get it done right. We also liked working with a company local in Tucker. We got started on the project - despite many supply delays (supply chain woes of 2021/2022) HYD worked with our schedule and got crews out to the home quickly as our materials arrived. The crews worked with us to implement the design we wanted, including customizations around tile design, colors, and materials. It was clear to me that the crews had a good relationship with HYD and Tee - which we appreciated and was a sign of mutual trust. HYD was very communicative and worked around our calendar to schedule crew visits. As the project neared completion, one member of the plumbing crew (appeared to be an apprentice) made an error of inexperience, leading to water damage in our walls and garage ceiling. It was a major bummer, as the project was nearly finished, and we were going to have to open some walls and pull back carpet to assess and repair the damage. However, HYD went above and beyond to rectify the issue. They worked to pull up carpet, dry our walls, repaint and repair damaged areas, and return the damaged spaces back to normal. They also provided compensation by making all repairs at no cost to us and providing double the compensation we had asked for for the lost time and hassle. In my view, this was what made HYD stand out above other contractors and firms we’ve worked with in the past: when the damage was done, they took ownership of it, fixed it as quickly as possible, and gave us double what we asked for in compensation for the time lost and hassle. They even installed a light in our kitchen that wasn’t in our estimate free of charge. In my experience, finding a trustworthy and honorable company who will do this for their clients is a rare find. And so while it may seem odd to give a 5 star review in this situation, I hope readers will interpret this as a rating of HYDs integrity, thoroughness, and responsibility as a reputable company. They will be there for you, even if the project gets tough. We absolutely love our new master bathroom and will be asking HYD to assist with other projects in the future.
