“I reviewed Usable Space Interiors 14 years ago in a different house, with a smaller project, and because I had such a great experience, when I recently moved I didn’t hesitate to hire USI to complete my latest project. USI completed a FULL house renovation with her colleagues to include: a modified footprint, a completely new kitchen and master bathroom, an updated spare bath, new flooring, new light fixtures, new windows and exterior landscape modifications just too name a few. Pamela was able to take a very small, outdated kitchen and create a very functional, “usable space” with tons of storage and new beverage niche to boot. The adjacent laundry is much more functional and the main space feels bigger by her closing off the dated open ledges. The master bath is so much functional too and handicap accessible for me. I love the recessed medicine cabinets. Pamela was very conscientious of budget and of fulfilling all of my needs. I continue to feel confident in recommending Usable Spaces Interiors to friends and family.”

“I was very fearful that the quote that was given for the work would be a ballpark number. I have an older home and there were many challenges for Guthrie to face. As an example the floor under my toilet was in very bad shape. They rebuild and reinforced this area. The plumbing air vent from my washer needed to be rerouted due to the installation of a recessed medicine cabinet. Instead of tearing out 2 walls to redo the vent, an entire wall was shimmed out 1/2 inch. (You could not notice this in the finished bathroom). The finished job was magnificent. The workers were all pleasant and knowledgeable. Guthrie refused to take final payment until I was happy with all their work. There were numerous other problems that caused this job to run at least 3 extra days. Even though it cost Guthrie a lot more, he stood by his original quote. Since then I have had them install a hardwood floor, entrance door, and replacement windows. I could not be happier with this company.”
