Home Masters

Home Masters just finished a bathroom remodel in my home. It is gorgeous and everything I wanted it to be. Rob did the majority of the work . He was always punctual, courteous, friendly , and definitely knowledgeable. The work was meticulously done. I also worked with Shane, Jesus, Jamie and others. Everyone was professional and expert. At no time did the cost go over the contracted $11,000 (except, of course, for those items I needed tp purchase myself - also stated in the contract).

My home is over 20 years old and was in need of a kitchen upgrade. I hired home masters to design my new kitchen and make it modern and practical for my family. Doug was great at designing my kitchen, it came effortless to him and he really took the time to listen to me. Both Doug and Shane, the Superintendent, worked together to give me the kitchen I wanted and the result was amazing. Shane and his technicians are complete professionals. His technicians were always on time and I was impressed with the schedule they kept and the routine they had of cleaning up at the end of the day. After the kitchen was done, I noticed a small crack in one of the floor tile. I called Home Masters and they immediately came out and fixed it at no charge. I am now in the process of hiring them again to remodel the master bathroom. I am very excited to see the work they will do to my bathroom.

Our biggest fear going into this project was finding a contractor that would deliver. Home Masters did that for us. We love our new kitchen. Their flexibility and willingness to work within our budget was evident throughout the process. We really enjoyed having the workers in our house and commend their professionalism. Thanks to Mort and Doug our first contacts. Doug really was responsive to any concerns we had. Shane and his crew got it done. We really appreciated Shane and his work ethic. Chris who did the the tile, backsplash and more, Eli who fixed things that the original builder cut corners on, Jesus who did an excellent job with the cabinets, and Moises who helped with various tasks all deserve a big thank you. The granite counter tops turned out beautiful! The tile work and splash is perfect and all the unseen aspects of the remodel give us peace of mind that things were done correctly. Overall our fears were allayed and our project is complete. Our advice is find good people and to keep an open line of communication with them during the job. Unexpected things can happen during the process. We give Home Masters our highest recommendation and would hire them again. Thank you.

I hired Home Masters to remodel my Kitchen. Shane, the superintendent was very professional and attentive to my needs and his technicians were always on time. I found that Home Masters, their owner Mr. Winer, and his staff were so easy to work with and totally in tuned to my needs in this project. The quality was amazing. Also, on a daily basis they cleaned up like they weren’t even there. I’m beyond happy with the work and my kitchen looks beautiful. Home Masters will be the company I call the next time I have a remodeling project. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling work because they work to do it right the first time.

Ok, so ill start out with the bad new first, because it isn't anywhere near the good but, bad news is always better to take at the beginning. My first instinct was to find the right contractor to utilize because we all know in Vegas there are alot of "pretenders" and scam artists who claim they can fix or do anything. I came across Home Masters on the internet and liked the pictures on the gallery, so i decided to give them a call. Long story short I spoke with John (one of the sales reps) and he was very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. We set up an appointment and they were really fast to respond and give me an estimate..... Price was a little bit higher then normal, but i was assured by Mort (the owner) that his guys were the best and even though it might be a little more, it would be done right with no exceptions.... So to the one and only bad part...... If you plan on ordering windows..... DO THEM YOUR SELF! It was such a pain relying on Home Masters to get something as simple as windows, even if it wasn't their fault and shipping was the issue, just get them yourselves and save your self the hassle. Anyways onto the good parts ( and there are many). First and foremost CJ (most amazing worker in our opinion) was so attentive to our needs. I can see why Home Masters hired him because he was on top of our contract like no other! Even if it was a simple question he was always in contact with his boss Shane (also pretty awesome but kind of a rule follower :/ ) CJ was always on time and worked so hard! We even had issues with some of the other workers that were part time or new and he fixed them right away. Hats off to him for all the changes and issues as well as my picky better half. The work was indeed 5STAR work and it came out beautifully as u can see in some of the pictures we posted for you. The vendors Shane brought in for the other parts of the job were very professional as well and completed tasks on schedule which was nice because remodeling can be very tedious at times if not organized properly. In conclusion these guys were in and out in 5-6 weeks doing a massive job that included a 200 square feet bathroom and part of my bedroom that included a split fireplace island which was fully tiled and finished with a metal edge. It was a big project and very exhausting but Home Masters is definitely up to the task at hand when you need top notch services! CJ great job, Mort also a solid business man and owner and Shane for keeping it all together. This review was a bit late as i was reminded of my promise to write on when they came back AGAIN to redo my laundry room and other bathroom upstairs! Ill keep everyone posted on the next project that get completed. P.S. REQUEST CJ... trust us hes awesome and does amazing work!

Appreciated the design help provided by Tim Edison. Project was completed on time and the finished product is gorgeous. A completely different look without changing the footprint.

Extremely dissappointed and would be very cautious about using them. They tell you they can do everything but "everything" costs additional money and is not included in the bid. The worst thing was the poor quality of work. Some of their contractors are very unskilled and I had to hire other contractors to get things redone. Items disappeared and the excuse was that it was someone else's fault as other people were in the house. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone

We hired Home Masters to do a bathroom remodel. Mort assisted us in the design. He was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating even when we decided to make a few changes during the remodel process. This caused some delays but Mort was more than willing to accommodate the changes. His workers were very nice and professional. They were able to keep the space clean since it was attached to our bedroom. All in all it was a great experience the outcome was beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Great company to work with. I intend to use them again in the near future.
