“Recently, I needed my bathroom completely reconstructed due to a leaking hot water heater in the attic. I called A Final Touch which is an amazing family-owned business under the incredible leadership of Caleb Tidwell, For anyone currently finding themselves in a similar dilemma and suddenly struggling to choose the best company to hire, I wanted to share my experience. Despite working on several construction projects at the time of my initial phone call, Caleb attentively assessed my situation and agreed to reorganize one of his other construction projects in order to spare two painters to assist with the restoration of my bathroom. Adan was the name of the painter Caleb chose to manage my bathroom rebuild. I was very blessed to get assigned to Adan because of his expertise and attention to detail. Whenever there were items needing clarification, Adan always took the time to ask before continuing his work. I think what made A Final Touch outstanding was their remarkable customer service, quality construction, and around the clock communication. During my first phone call, I knew that I had chosen a company with a solid foundation when Caleb said, "You don't have to pay me anything until after we are finished with the job." He continuously kept me informed throughout the entire process, and he had the most down to earth and pleasant personality. Caleb always verbally replied to every single phone call and literally, responded back to each e-mail, at times, as early as 6 am and once, as late as 10 o'clock at night. In my situation, I could not have chosen a more perfect company for my reconstruction, and Caleb Tidwell could not have chosen a more perfect name for his family's company. I had ordered a mirror which did not arrive until after my bathroom was completed. When the mirror arrived, Caleb had just finished working on his new construction in Mason, TN and was driving 50 miles back to Southaven, MS. On his way, he took the time to call and ask if it would be a convenient time for him to stop by and personally hang the mirror up. He completed my reconstruction by literally going the extra mile and driving out of his way to add "A Final Touch" thereby completing my bathroom project. “2021 has been a year of surprises and one of the best has been working with Bennett Construction Company (BCC). This is our 3rd major project with them (full remodels of 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen). Once again they delivered as planned and exceeded our expectations! This last project was a full remodel of the 2nd floor bathroom (21 years old). Our goal was minimalism with a simple, elegant, organic feel. The biggest challenge of the entire project was we wanted a floating wood vanity with no cabinets or pipes below. It turned out this was not something you could easily buy. After a lot of research, our designer, Rebekkah Davies Interiors + Design ended up providing a rough draft of the vanity design to BCC and they amiably agreed to include the building of a custom vanity in their estimate. The end result is a beautiful white oak vanity that is the focal point of the bathroom. It was essential in creating the warmth needed to balance the space for the organic feel we desired. There were many challenges during the remodel and our BCC project manager, Rob Roy, met each one of them with a smile and an attitude that this was just another “opportunity”.
