We had a wonderful experience with Improvement pros and our contractor John. The work was done with excellence, John is very friendly, skilled, and went above and beyond when our smaller project ended up turning into discovering bigger issues going on. I highly recommend them for any projects both big and small!

John Greer does exceptional work! Extremely detailed and finished! It turned out better than I dreamed that it could!

John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. At the end of a project, he asks for honest feedback because he wants to keep improving his business. Since this was the third time he successfully completed a project in our house, we knew we’d be pleased with the results of this project as well. He did not disappoint and we love our new kitchen.

John and crew did a fantastic job on remodel project in our home. We’ve received numerous compliments on how great the space is. We know it wasn’t an easy job, but everything came together beautifully. Quality craftmanship! Thank you John!

John and his team were courteous, nice to work with, and most importantly did a really great job. We remodeled our kitchen and updated the flooring on the first floor, so it was a large scale project. They worked well to coordinate this with our designer, and were available to talk when we needed to make decisions and know how they would affect our budget. John worked to keep us within our budget and was honest about items that could put us over. They also did a really nice job updating our fireplace and working with our glass and steel backsplash tiles. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a serious remodel.
