“I hired Stacia in 2017 to renovate our master bathroom. I hired her again in 2023 to renovate our kitchen, which became a project to renovate the entire first floor (over 2000 square feet), removing a weight-bearing wall separating the great room and the kitchen. The old kitchen with a peninsula and a separate sunroom became a brand new kitchen with a 9 by 4 feet island, 3 pull-out pantry cabinets, a window bench and a bar/beverage center. The entire 1st floor flooring was replaced by beautiful LVP, our fireplace had a complete make-over, and our guest bath was updated. It was a huge project! Stacia gave me an initial estimated quote and a timeline of 6-8 weeks. She presented the proposed layout and material options, and she "nailed it" with her design and the material (flooring, tiles, cabinets, countertop, etc) she chose for us. I signed the contract with her immediately after seeing her design and proposal. Stacia gave us a proposed schedule. Demolition started on August 7th. The contractors were very polite and good at that job, and they kept the site as clean as possible. We actually lived in the house for the entire project, except for a 10-day period when we went on a trip. We were excited to see the progress day by day. We had a fully-functional kitchen in 5 weeks (Sept 11), then it took one more week for the final pieces of cabinets (re-ordered to replace a couple of broken pieces) to arrive and be installed. On Sept 19th (6 weeks plus 1 day), the tile contractor installed the backsplash and the entire project was done. It was unbelievable how smooth this project went. I called it the "ON TIME ON BUDGET" renovation project. I watch a lot of design shows on HGTV, and it was like I was featured on one of those episodes. I highly recommend Stacia and her crew. Her design is amazing, and her crew does good work. Every contractor who works for her respects her and knows her expectation. I have already referred Stacia to a close friend who has hired here to re-do their gigantic master bathroom, after seeing her work at our house.”
