Iron Rose Custom Renovations did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. Al Saling is very knowledgeable and I felt like he listened to what we wanted during the consultation while asking questions and making suggestions that made the bathroom even better than I imagined. Al, Owen and team are easy to work with, professional and respectful. We definitely will use them for any future remodeling we do!

I contacted Iron Rose via Houzz, as they came up as a company that could replace my wood deck with an Aluminum one. Its fairly big at 600 sq ft. Al Sailing contacted me, and we went over lots of details. He is friendly, confident, and I felt assured he could do the job despite limited experience with aluminum. He also would work with the decking company directly, to make sure everything was ordered correctly. It was a long process to fabricate the custom decking pieces and get them from another state. All of this happened very smoothly and with great communications to let me know as things progressed. Once the materials were delivered, I got to meet Al's partner Owen, and their 3 skilled workers. They all seemed very skilled and knowledgeable, were very respectful of my property, and always cleaned up every day. I was offered many options of how I wanted things to look, rather than them making that decision. The deck turned out better than I imagined. It was the quality of their workmanship, and the attentions to detail, along with their friendly and courteous attitudes, that have just blown me away. They also, fixed a roof leak I discovered while on the deck job! I highly recommend these guys, this company!

This is the company you want to hire!! We hire them to do a renovation of our living room, they did an INCREDIBLE job. We are SO happy with the final results. They are not the type of company that would take shortcuts, they do it the right way to give their clients THE BEST. All their crew is awesome, they are so professional, respectful of the house and clients. They were always very clean ( as clean as you can be when you are demolishing and constructing). The quality of their job is outstanding and they are very easy to communicate with, never had a problem with communication, invoices, etc...They are a trustworthy company with a trustworthy crew. (We were out of town for a couple of months and they had the keys to our home to finish their job and all good!). The price is fair for the quality of their job. You all know how tough is to find a good and trustworthy contractor, they check all the boxes and we will definitely hire them for future projects and recommend them to all our family and friends. *In the photos attached you can see the before and after. Unfortunately, we forgot to take the before pictures when everything was empty so the only ones we have are from the listing in Zillow. The change was HUGE. One of the biggest things we did was raise the ceiling and the floor. They did great!!

Love love our new space. Iron Rose made a bedroom and a living space for us and we couldn’t be happier. We have a house on a lake so they took our walk out and built an extra bedroom and an awesome living space. They stayed on task with their time commitment to us. Built within the estimate and cleaned up before they left! Love their work! I would recommend to anyone and hire them again!

I am a Maintenance Super out in Southfield and we have been doing full remods of our units. Al and Owen have always given us absolutely great service and pricing. Timely service and quality installation are just a couple reasons I have used them consistently over the past 3 years and will be continuing working with them in the future. If there are any issues, they will find the best resolution possible and bring them to me to discuss. If you want the biggest bang for your buck, you should consider using these guys!

Iron Rose Custom Renovations is one of the best construction companies I ever hired. They have done all teh work on home. All new Hardwood Floors and did my basement. I absolutely love the dedication to the Customer. The process is great from Al coming out and going over all my options to Owen and his team getting the word done with excellent attention to detail. I will be calling them again soon to do more to my home that is for sure. I recommend them to all my friends that is for sure.

We've known & worked with Al Saling for decades. The projects that he's done for us range anywhere from a ground-up construction, complete tear-down renovations, Roofing, Inspections, Windows, Painting, Electrical.. all the way to fixing a leaking hot water tank in the middle of the night at my daughter's house. I have used Iron Rose for two projects. One project was a rebuild of my deck at home. They were professional, polite and a highly skilled team. They offered me options and consulted me every step when I asked for changes. They came in worked, cleaned up after the project. One of the best construction group I have ever worked with. The second job was painting a semi commercial historical building inside and outside. It was a major undertaking and they paid attention to detail and I believe went beyond what was bargained for in the contract. Attention to small details mean a lot and the painting crew and the job supervisor were the best. Pricing for both jobs was well below other estimates.

Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. I am an anxious person and was prepared for a HGTV-style reno nightmare BUT I had so much fun working with them! They touched every room and one year later, everything is still perfect. My kitchen is a show piece. Owen refinished our wood floors beautifully. They took down walls, created an office with a double sided fireplace, and made 3 very dated bathrooms shine. They installed appliances and new water-proof flooring where we didn't have hardwood.
