There were times when I had an idea, and asked David for guidance. He never hesitated to walk me through a project, provide design ideas, discuss materials, cost, time frames. Jobs would start and finish on schedule - and if there was a change, communication was prompt and clear. David always comes back to inspect the work done. There was one instance when the job was not to David's satisfaction, and he had his worker re-do it. I found that to be quite impressive. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement.
