Hello - I began speaking to Ivco after they successfully completed a substantial kitchen renovation for my sister. Their work was impeccable. We started speaking once we had the plans in hand about 6-9 months before starting. Throughout the process, Ivan and his team were fair, honest and they delivered a beautiful renovation. When it comes to hiring the right contractor, this can be a challenging process. I designed a two condo space for my client Mr. Andy Miller and he wanted me to project manage and supervise the renovation process for his space. I found IVCO and discussed at length with Ivan for the construction purposes of the 2 spaces that would need to be fully renovated. Being in the construction & design business for over 25 years this was not my first rodeo. On the day of demolition I was impress by how clean Ivan and his team kept the space, further on during the construction phase, Issues needed to be met due to extreme poorly built elements from the previous contractor. Ivco repaired all damages and exceeded my expectations, I was amazed at how every detail was met, respected and achieved in a timely manner and still keeping within budget. Ivan came highly recommended to us by numerous reputable contracting companies. We entrusted him with analyzing the existent problems with moisture in our bathrooms and he corrected these issues above and beyond our expectations! The result is beautiful, the work is meticulous, the team was extremely reliable and all was completed in a timely and clean manner! Ivan even uses high technology imaging to prove the dissapearance of moisture after his work is completed. We plan on remodelling our kitchen in the very near future and will hire Ivan in a heartbeat!
