I've worked with many contractors - some don't communicate, some don't show up, some take on more than they can realistically handle and some try to take advantage.....then I met Jack. He communicates regularly and makes sure he understands what you are looking to do and that he has the skills, resources and time to do it. He plans carefully and has helped me think through a few ideas - always honest, reliable, has a team that has worked with him for years. He tells you what you need and when you need to have it for him. My only regret is that I've referred him so much and my friends think so highly of him that I have to wait longer for him to start the next project! I wouldn't work with anyone else at this point.

I hired Jack Delaney to do remodeling on my kitchen. Jack gave me a very detailed Proposal and cost of the project, Which he stuck to. I would not only recommend Jack but also hire him to do any remodeling job. Jack is very personable and knowledgeable. Definitely a five star contractor.
