We are absolutely thrilled with the work that James and team did for us to turn our old/dated house into our dream home. We embarked on a huge project to gut our entire house and renovate everything including the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, repiping, lighting/electrical and more. From the initial quote stage to plans/permitting and demo through construction and finish work, the James Remodeling team was honest, transparent and most importantly of all, communicated regularly with us every step of the way. We were so impressed with the punctuality and dedication of the crew (even our neighbors kept remarking on how hard they worked day in and day out) as well as their focus on detail and craftsmanship, never appearing to rush through anything at the expense of quality work. Inevitably, issues always come up in a project of this scope but we were so impressed with James team’s commitment to the client and always wanting to ensure our happiness above anything else. James, Tony, and the entire crew (big shout-out to Mario, a true artist when it comes to tile work) are a delight to be around and truly treat their clients as family. We would enthusiastically recommend the James Remodeling team to everyone (and have already recommended them to many of our neighbors!) and will absolutely use them again when the need arises.

We found James Remodeling after searching and interviewing numerous other contractors for the right contractor. We highly recommend James Remodeling. He truly cares and he makes sure everything is done correctly. James Remodeling works with honesty, integrity and they produce high-quality work. After meeting with a handful of contractors, James was the most experienced and professional in our estimation phase. He spent a lot of his time discussing our remodeling project, showing us examples on his tablet of other projects to help us understand options and see his company's work. He also gave us creative options to save money. This was extremely reassuring for moving forward with our first major remodel. It made our decision easier to work with James Remodeling. We had the best experience with James Remodeling from the moment we met up to when the project was completed. James was always most patient and polite and made us feel very important. Right from the start in the first meeting, he was the only one that made us feel comfortable and trust our project would be done properly. We're thrilled with our new kitchen. The work is excellent and he was patient with us as we handled ordering our tile, fixtures, and lighting. James was flexible with our scheduling. We also added several items to our original plan and it wasn't an issue. James Remodeling crew was amazing. They worked long days and the project moved along extremely quickly. They were done in what felt like less time than we had expected. The work is beautiful and we've enjoyed showing it to others. My wife and I had such a great experience working with James Remodeling. Expecting a baby soon we were on a time crunch and desperately needed our bathroom and kitchen remodeled (in addition to the baseboards, a custom stair railing and a whole house re-pipe). Right after we initially reached out to them, they came out to our house to see what we wanted, gave us a quote and created a mock-up for us. Before starting, we picked out most of our materials from their office which made everything super convenient. Armin was our point of contact throughout the whole process, he was on point with scheduling and keep us in the loop with what to expect next. A great and honest person to work with. During the actual renovation, James and his team who came in and out of our house were very respectful, easy to collaborate with and most importantly did a phenomenal job! They also kept a very clean workspace which was icing on the cake! James Remodeling is very detail oriented, organized and efficient. We couldn’t be happier. We will definitely go to them for future projects.

Truly amazing people that gave us a home we can really appreciate and enjoy! As like most homeowners looking for contractors to renovate and fix their home, we did a ton of research, interviewed, and received quotes from many contractors. At the end of the day, my wife and I decided to go with our gut feeling based on meeting James and Armin because we felt they were honest, genuine, and their other reviews were stellar. From the start, Armin and Shawna helped us draft up the renovation plans, selecting every single detail, introducing us to other vendors (windows, shutters, appliances, etc) that they have worked with in the past in order to help us get the best deal possible. James even went with me to look at fixtures, bathtubs, etc. to help give us advice and work with his trusted people to make sure we got a great deal as well. Next, what you won’t see in the pictures or reviews is the frequent check in, working around my schedule to meet me at the home after working hours, and giving us consistent advance notice of all the work they were doing, and what they were going to do next. This is what separates them from all the rest! Before You see some before and after pictures, I have to mention what we did not take pictures of (unfortunately the lighting is bad with my phone vs my wife’s SLR camera while she is away). Armin refloored all of our bedrooms (including baseboards), added and/or re-did our recess lighting, added insulation and drywall in our garage, and repurposed our cabinets from the kitchen to hang in the garage. Also, while renovating our bathroom, to save us money, they had some extra travertine stones from another project, they gave us and refloored the stone at no additional cost. This company is the real deal, and they are true professionals! We still have some renovations we want to do in the future, and we will definitely be working with James and Armin for this or any other home we purchase in the Orange County area.
