John Baxter did a GREAT job with our new home! He involved my husband and I in the process every step of the way and was very easy to work with.... when there were a couple of points in the building process that didn't turn out the way I imagined John listened to my concerns and went out of his way to make adjustments so that I was satisfied. He's very honest and attentive to details and to my vision of my new home! I would HIGHLY recommend JB Homes for anyone wanting to build their dream home!

JB homes built our house in 2010. they did an excellent job and finished it in the time he said they would. Jon was very knowledgable and very easy to work with. Even after the house was done if anything needed to be fixed or changed Jon was quick to correct it. Even after our warranty ran out Jon was very helpful with any questions we had or getting us in touch with someone that could help. I would use jb homes again. I will and have recommended him to all of my friends that are wanting to build a new house

We looked at some of the houses John had built and we had a friend who had a good experience using JB Homes. So, we found an home that was under construction. We got to pick everything out from the brick to the colors to the floors, etc. John and his wife Ginger were amazing to work with and still are. We finished building and moved in in March of 2015. Every so often John will check in on us and make sure there is nothing wrong with the house. We are really happy and anything and I mean small stuff that has gone wrong, John has sent someone over to fix it free of charge. He stands behind his work and built us a beautiful home. If you are nervous about who to have build your house, don't hesitate and pick John Baxter. Or just buy one he already has built. You will not be sorry.
