We remolded our entire house last summer and we interviewed a few teams before we decided to move forward with Jesse Ososki and his team and we are so happy that we went with them. They were extremely professional (even his sub contractors were easy to work with) and they completed the project on time and stayed within the original budget that was proposed. We moved out of our house for most of the remodel, and moved back in for the final phase while they finished. They always left the site clean, safe, and really organized. We also hired a designer for this project and she had to work with Jesse on most of the planning and execution of our project and she was so impressed by his professionalism and his craftsmanship that they are now working on a few other projects together! We also referred many of our friends and neighbors to Jesse and everyone have been so pleased with the outcome. Undertaking a construction project is stressful and expensive, and it was important for us to find someone that was respectful of our time, and listened to what our needs were - that is exactly what Jesse and his team promised and delivered. They helped us create a space that we now love and call our home and we are so grateful for the experience.

Jesse and his team are wonderful! They've done a range of jobs for us from large to small and we've been very happy. Jesse always answers my calls and messages, and checks in regularly as the work goes along. He has a large team with many different skills sets- when no roofers would call me back, Jesse sent me two to make sure we had a few opinions on the project. The team does impeccable work, cleans up well, and are polite and friendly, as is Jesse.

Working with Jesse and Raul of Jesse Ososki Art Inc. has been such a pleasure over the past months. Our company, Westgate Hardwoods, fabricated a walnut slab countertop and trim for their client's kitchen renovation. Throughout the fabrication process, Jesse and Raul provided excellent communication and professionalism. They really care about their clients' needs and don't skimp on the details. This is evident in the finished result of their projects. These guys have integrity and are, simply, fun to work with. Would work with them again in a heartbeat! Jesse just finished our bathroom project - he turned our walk-in shower into a bathtub. We couldn't be happier with the result. There were many things during the project that we changed our mind about and he was able to accommodate all the change requests in a timely manner. We really appreciated his flexibility. Jesse designed a beautiful outdoor deck for our split level home and we could not be happier with it! Jesse was very mindful of what we wanted aesthetically, but also offered his input which was very much appreciated. When it came to tearing down our old deck and building the new one, his entire crew was wonderful to work with - very professional and attentive to any concerns that we had throughout the project. They also built a new landing, and spruced up our front entrance and it all looks great! Everyone involved worked extremely hard, did a beautiful job, and were simply pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Jesse and his team for another project. He will definitely be on my call list when we get around to redoing the kitchen!

Jesse Ososki Art, Inc. has designed, planned, and implemented extensive work for us in our townhome and in our house. In the townhome this included remodeling bathrooms, and creating original artworks which serve as an indoor balcony screen and an outdoor 2-story trellis. In the house, work began as a complete remodel, taking the 60 year old cottage interior down to studs and creating a to-code beautiful new home including the roof, wiring, water, sewer, walls, bathroom, kitchen, floor, and woodwork trim throughout. We have lived in this home for five years and over that time happily gone directly to Ososki Art for all maintenance and additional work such as upgrading ceiling lights to 100% LED this spring. Working with Jesse is a great pleasure. He is experienced, intelligent, creative, cheerfully responsive, and an excellent organizer and supervisor. Jesse and his crew redid my entire kitchen for me. They did a great job. My kitchen is so beautiful and efficient due to the many brains and talented workmen who did their part. Many times when I needed emotional support due to mistakes that I made or needed to tell Jesse about my new ideas, Jesse talked me through the new ideas or the "What the heck?" moments. All of Jesse's guys were really helpful and knew their stuff. Mario became my go to guy for many of the areas in the kitchen including cabinets, tile, grout, counter tops, and much more. The project did drag on longer than we all anticipated but I couldn't be happier with the results. At the end of the kitchen reassignment, Jesse's cabinet maker, Kenneth, made me a asymmetrical book case for the wall in which I place lots of old stuff. It's like my living art wall with a series of many art boxes (I always loved Joseph Cornell). Jesse and all of his guys are definitely worth hiring. Thank you, Rachel

I've referred Jesse and his team to clients and to my colleagues in the real estate industry; every time I heard back they told me they had a fantastic experience. I find it a big value to be able to refer a design and build contractor who has a full-scale professional team and who also has a background in metal sculpture. Jesse can commission metal furniture, lighting fixtures and railings alongside his general contracting services which is a unique offering.

Renovation of kids' bathroom: 4 week | $20K; Layout: same House style: Tudor (5 bedrooms; 3.5 baths) Design: all new Groehl hardware with satin nickel, granite countertop, 2 undermounted Kolher sinks, Toto toilet, subway tiles in shower/bath with blue/gray grout and blue/gray floor tiles, new Panasonic LED light & fan on timer. This bathroom had the 80s decor with wall-to-wall pink tiles & matching pink fixtures & gold hardware. After 8-years of living with the eye sour, a recent toilet problem and ongoing poor ventilation, it was time to rip out the old and update. Being a management consultant, I'm juggling deadlines, costs, options and people all the time. Jesse & his team worked well with this mindset and my wishes. When we hired Jesse among the 4 we interviewed, he knew we were ready for this project when he saw all the fixtures, hardware, flooring and tiles were already waiting for him in the garage. Jesse wasn't part of my design process, but he gave great input & options when I needed to make timely decisions like tile work, venting & counter fabrication. What I enjoyed about working with Jesse was his communications & planning. He worked with all medium: text, email & phone. He & crew responded quickly. Before the project started, Jesse gave me a timeline which I incorporated into my calendar. For each week, I knew the progression and what tasks I needed to complete to keep the team moving ahead. The project was finished on time. My next project is the master bath. It's got a strange layout. We hope to incorporate a walk-in closet from our bedroom which we don't have. I look forward to working with Jesse on this one and I will definitely need his design skills.
