“"Summer 2013, we collaborated with Classic Remodeling's diverse team of skilled project managers and crafts-people to renovate our small 1940s-vintage bathroom. We had moved from a large home to a small, World War II-era brick apartment in an historic Charleston neighborhood. We bought our small apartment to down-size our possessions and simplify our lives. But we realized that it needed updates that would enable us to age-into the space during our retirement years. My husband, a golf professional, was having a second knee-replacement that summer and it was crucially important for the Classic team to understand, research and plan for, our unique needs. Classic's Project Manager and Designer, Russ, worked with us on orthopaedically-friendly features that would make the bathroom easy to use, after surgery. Classic's price-point is higher than most. For us, the value of their services was well-worth the money that we paid, because they accommodated our needs with such precision and commitment. Now my husband is back to work as an active golf professional. And the bathroom is one of our favorite rooms in the house.
