We hired Jason for a small renovation. Worst mistake we ever made! His crew painted over wallpaper instead of removing it like they were being paid to do. He said our job would take 3 weeks. It took more than 6. He missed multiple appointments while lying saying that he was enroute. Years later, we are still dealing with the damages he caused. Do your research and understand the lack of craftsmanship you will be receiving. We stupidly paid him up front because he said he didn't have the funds to start the job. Total cost of project was $10,000.00. Don't pay him anything until the job is complete and you are satisfied.

Jason’s crew came out and repaired some roof damage. Same day inspection/estimate/repair. Extremely professional, quality work. His crew is versatile, and can be considered for a multitude of projects from the ground up. Will hire for future projects.

Be very careful if you do any work with Jason Rhea. Our agreement was he would meet a cleaning crew there (on a Saturday) and pay them for the service (this was a special request as he asked to please fit a job in on a Saturday as we were at least 2 weeks out), he did not meet them and pay them. Then on Monday when we tried to collect payment, he said that damage was done to a section of gutter. We agreed to pay for the repair. More than a month passed and we were still begging Jason to settle with us and get us a copy of the repair invoice which he still has yet to produce. Dear Mr. Rhea please provide our office with the invoice we have repeatedly requested for the work done at 1905 McCool Forest Ln, Collierville, TN 38017 on Saturday April 15th 2017 for the clients Kyle & Lindsey Rhoad, it has now been 3 months on this. Our next contact will be to the Better Business Bureau to try to mediate a resolution as the original owners have sold the house and title has been transferred to the new owners. If you do not have proof of the repair please pay for the job in full. You have our contact info.

Jason crew painted my house and stained/waterproofed my outdoor deck. They also replaced all the gutters on the house. They did a great job and were courteous and professional. Jason was easy to stay in touch with and very responsive. I'd definitely recommend to anyone.

JRI Design recently completed a bathroom renovation in our 42 year old home. The bath contained the original plumbing that had finally become unusable and a complete tear down and rebuild was the only option. After consulting with the owner Jason Rhea and agreeing on terms, he and his crew got right to work in the time frame specified. There was one unexpected hurdle with some HVAC system piping to the outside air compressor that we did not know was behind the Tub, but they were able to adapt the design of the rebuild so as not to have to move it and made it look like it was never even there. All workers and sub contractors were professional, efficient, and completed their work in a timely manner. Jason obviously takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work and strives to provide his clients with an end product that they will be very proud of. We plan to use JRI Design/Build for future renovations.

Jason's workers painted my kitchen. They did a nice job. They were also fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

Working with Jason at JRI Design Build was a great experience. He was very thorough and very responsive. They got the insurance payment that we needed. We have a complicated insurance policy that required a lot of negotiations. The work was done very well, extremely clean and in a timely manner. We were very pleased with them. Their price was competitive with other roofing companies, but their service set them apart from their competition. They were here when they said they would be here and I would ONLY recommend JRI Design Build.

Jason put in our new kitchen floor a couple of weeks ago and we could not be happier. He had to dig his way through several layers of pre-existing floor to make it to the slab!!! His crew was great and the floor looks fantastic! I will use JRI Design again for sure!

Jason and his crew redid our master bathroom. They completed all the work they said in the time that we agreed upon. We are very pleased with the work that JRI Design/ Build did for us.
