Fantastic! I had two bathrooms completely remodeled, and they are beyond gorgeous! Everything was done perfectly, on time and within budget. Jud and his team are very professional, courteous, and respectful of your home. Jud is by far the easiest and nicest person to work with. I couldn't be happier with the results and I give Jud my highest recommendation.

I just opened the tile I ordered from this company to find that it was not right. This happens, easy fix right? Nope. Like all bad businesses they immediately blamed me and told me they would order me the correct tiles at my cost and wouldn't refund me for my purchase. Apparently the edges that I wanted on the tile were not specified on my order. Except, I was in the showroom and they were holding the tile I wanted in their hands when they wrote the order. How would I even know there were options to the tile since I only saw one sample. I was told on the phone that their policy is no refunds, no exchanges, all sales are final. So apparently their policies are such that even when they are in error it is your fault. Businesses exist to provide value for hard earned money. If you don't do that then you are a con artist.

Jud Tile did a great job installing Saltillo tile in our kitchen. We had the idea of using Saltillo from a vacation spot this past summer. Unfortunately, not many companies had experience with Saltillo. Jud, from Jud Tile, knew exactly what we was doing and answered all my questions regarding Saltillo. He put me at ease and i actually paid slightly more than the other quote I received to go with Jud as I felt much more comfortable with them. When they showed up to do the job, I was not disappointed. The workers were extremely conscientious. They were open to answering questions and adjusting the way that things were done based on our preferences. They also took extreme care to not damage the hardwood floors that we had installed just a week before. The results were exactly what we were hoping for and I would definitely recommend Jud Tile.

Jud and Sharkey advised skillfully identifying products and design solutions in keeping with our taste and vision, and improving our own ideas. Sensible choices of purveyors and good workmanship on the installation.
