We selected KCBR for our master bath remodel 2 years ago...fast forward 2 years and we needed to install grab bars in our shower and toilet area because of my wife’s fall. We contacted KCBR to arrange a time to install the grab bars...within the hour, our original designer called us, sent us links for bars that match our hardware, confirmed that the bars would be installed before my wife's discharge from the rehab hospital. KCBR's team arrived on Saturday afternoon and installed the grab bars and indicated that the installation costs were waived. KCBR did not have to waive the installation cost…their comment was that “we were part of the KCBR family” and they wanted to make sure my wife felt safe! This is the “height” of going above and beyond! You owe it to yourself to discuss your remodeling needs with the KCBR team. JWD

A few years ago, my wife and I used KCBR to remodel our bathroom. We were quite impressed. So impressed, as a matter of fact, that when it came time to remodel the kitchen (a much bigger job!), we only thought of KCBR for this important project. We worked with a designer, who we loved, until we and she decided on all the things we needed and wanted in our new kitchen. KCBR generously adjusted our pricing when we found someone who wanted our old cabinets and would demo our kitchen. We were given a time line of when things would happen. And when someone was supposed to do a task, they were there on time, ready to go, pleasant and friendly, they worked until the job was completed, then cleaned up before they left. Many of the workers stayed late to get the job done just the way we wanted it! I was very surprised to see the contracted painters with Pro-Colors arrive on New Year's Day to work! Every stage of the work was done well. The job was even completed well ahead of schedule! My wife and I were back in our kitchen....our NEW kitchen...much earlier than we expected! We really can't say just how fortunate we were to be able to have a company like KCBR in our corner. They handled everything well, in a friendly way, and the result was more than we hoped for!

What a fantastic home remodel experience we had with KCBR! We recently remodeled our primary bathroom. It is better than we could have imagined. From the initial consultation with Anthony to the final walk thru, the entire team at KCBR was extremely professional. Our designer, Kennedy, guided us in all choices from plumbing fixtures to flooring to tile work. We would not hesitate to use KCBR again for other projects or to recommend them to others. We were in constant contact with the project manager, and any issue that arose was resolved immediately. We are excited to use KCBR again for future projects!

KCBR fully remodeled our main bathroom. We had a great experience every step of the way. Everyone at KCBR communicates well and does excellent work.

We initially met with Anthony & designer Kennedy to create a new primary bath, closet, bedroom (within an existing space) and to modify a basement room into a bedroom. We really enjoyed working with Kennedy during the design process—she had great options for the primary suite floor plan design and was also very helpful suggesting details like wall sconces, mirrors, and cabinet pull options that worked nicely with the design. The entire KCBR team was professional and respectful in our house. They communicated who would be back the next day and they were always very kind to our dog. There were minimal subcontractors. Things will go wrong during a remodel, many of these issues were outside of KCBR’s control but the issues did delay our project and there was some time where work wasn’t being completed due to this. There were several delays with cabinets (cabinets arrived broken multiple times, wrong cabinet doors, 2 of 3 sets of cabinet doors lost in shipping—bigger delays due to the cabinet company be closed frequently and extended periods of time during holidays). Travis worked with us during these issues and we appreciated he wanted us to be happy with the end result. We used a Chevron tile in the shower, Leo is incredibly talented and exceeded our expectations with tiling. He also fixed broken tiles & placed quartz around the shower niche after issues with the quartz installers attempting to miter the corners & slope properly. We were happy KCBR worked with us on this as we were particular with the design as a whole and did not want to pick a different material for the niche. Gabe was particular with trim work and cabinet install, we appreciated his attention to detail. Although the job took longer, it was worth it in the end. The space functions so much better and has improved our daily life.

We love our newly remodeled bathroom! KCBR did the best job we could have ever imagined! From start to finish, Anthony and his team were so easy to work with. We started with Brianna, the wonderful designer. She helped with the vision for the new bathroom. She helped choose the tile, plumbing fixtures, bathtub, cabinets, etc. I couldn't have done it without her help. The guys/gals that did the the work were also such pros. From demolition to clean-up, they were on time, worked hard and cleaned up everyday. We recommend KCBR to anyone needed a remodel!

I would highly recommend KCBR. Our master bath and bedroom were a full remodel. Anthony was great to work with from estimating to job completion. We loved working with our designer and she gave us many ideas that we hadn't considered. She was always available if we had questions and really helpful when we were unsure of color selections, etc. At every step we were updated on pricing. If we went over estimate with our selections we reviewed and were given different options to reduce pricing or accept (estimate updated) so there was no surprise billing upon completion. Project began when we were told, workers were professional. Our project manager advised us of timelines and changes were communicated. All in all a really good experience.

KCBR is terrific! They remodeled a master bath, stealing space from existing closets, for us. From the first walk-thru the KCBR team was resourceful, knowledgeable and professional. Breanna, the designer, asked all the right questions to ensure the new spaces worked for us. Josh, our project manager was always available and kept us up-to-date. All the crew members were awesome, respectful of us and our home.

Anthony is a one of a kind professional, who listened to us, created a project plan (within a couple of days), communicated frequently and followed up, he also made himself available to us by either coming by the house or scheduling a call with questions. He's thorough, prompt and his attention to detail far exceeded our expectations. Trust is very important to us and we feel we found that with Anthony and will rely upon his expertise for future projects and maintenance.

I am very pleased with our bathroom remodel. We had KCBR help plan and expand a bathroom and create a useful storage area as well. The process was smooth and the finished space is so much more functional and beautiful as well! I was mainly looking for function, but it turned out so nice! The whole team at KCBR is great. They are professional and really have our best interests at the forefront. Any issues that arose were dealt with and I never felt that anything about which I had a concern was ignored or not communicated professionally. I love this company, however Moose, a grouchy Frenchie gives them 1 star-would not let them in again!!!!!

KCBR did a incredible job redoing my master bath. there contract spelled out the cost of everything being installed. I used there designer Amy. She took us to pick out the vanity ,flooring, shower, lights. mirror and accessories. Day one came and they covered with plastic all arears they would walk on, Also covered all areas of the bedroom. from than on they were there at 8am till 4:30 every day. They would clean up every night before leaving. The sr. remodeling manager would stop by frequently keeping up with the progress and informing me as to what they were going to do next. All remodelers work for the company, they do not use sub contractors. They sent a cleaning crew in after they were finished. highly recommend KCBR>

Anthony with KCBR was prompt, professional and patient during the quote process. He patiently answered my questions over the days following the house visit. We didn't end up using KCBR BUT it had nothing to do with them. If/when we have a home improvement project KCBR will definitely be the first company I call.

KCBR updated my 1990s bathroom with a corner jetted tub into a modern space with a larger shower and a free standing tub in a new locaction. It involved minimal framing but a lot of plumbing changes. Anthony, the owner, came personally to see my existing space and bid the project. He recommended changes that I hadn't considered, which was helpful. Amy helped me pick fixtures and lighting, pointing out pros and cons of my choices. Travis and Cole were excellent at keeping me informed daily of what to expect. They also filled in when necessary to keep the project on track. Everyone showed up on time and kept my house clean during the entire project. I had very few problems, but any issue was dealt with immediately. Any question about how something would be done was explained fully. I would highly recommend this company to others and would use it again in the future.

Our bathroom remodel was a dream come true. The KCBR team works so well together and communicate every day on what will be done. They were extremely professional in every way. We had KCBR do a complete remodel on our master bath - total gut job. They first protected all areas that they might work in or walk in. They even put down plastic to our basement water supply shut off. Every one who came to work in our home was extremely pleasant and professional. When we asked what they were doing, they took the time to explain not only what they were doing but why - very comforting to understand what was going on. The finished work was like a 5-star hotel bathroom. We can't believe how good it looks. The decorator, Amy, was very helpful in translating our tastes into what we bought. Morgan and Dalton, the painters did a terrific job of repairing and painting our ceiling. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Answering any of our questions and getting our job done in 2 days. We were impressed with the detailed prepping of our room and thorough clean up. We have found in our 2 projects with Anthony Meyers & KCBR that he’s been very cooperative and absolutely honest in his bids and assessment of each project! We would definitely recommend his company.

We did our first bathroom with them in 2020 and loved them so much, had our Master bathroom completed in 2021. Living in a 80 year old home has its remodel challenges but they were up for it all! KCBR did a great job tearing up our old floor, installing new floor, and repairing/replacing kitchen cabinets. Above and beyond what is typically expected of contractors, KCBR did a few things that really stood out. They paid very close attention to detail. They made small and oddly shaped cuts to place baseboard and quarter round, even where we did not have it prior. Similar attention to detail was paid to the floor, cabinet, and counter installation. They have impeccable resources to rebuild cabinets and match wood stain, the stain matching in particular was very impressive. When we pulled our cabinets out, some of the boxes and trim was damaged. The boxes we rebuilt and trim replaced, and we can't tell the difference from before or the newly built and stained portions compared to pre-existing stained portions. This is a rare skill, and really helped get our kitchen back where we wanted it. They cleaned along the way and we very respectful of us. Our job was a large one, involving tearing up floor in the entire main floor of our home. It only took them 2-3 days to finish all the floor, but they cleaned each day before they left and notified us when the work they were doing would be loud or disruptive (since we were working from home, this was very helpful). They were also very responsive. I never waited more than 24 hour for a text or call reply - I don't think I ever waited more than 8-10 hours. We have had other professional contractors work on hour home, and KCBR outperformed them in every measure I can think of. We're extremely satisfied with the results, and highly recommend.

KCBR completely transformed our hall bath. They were able to relocate the shower/tub to the back wall that opened up the room. We greatly appreciated the expert design guidance from Amy Van Zante. KCBR also installed all new doors and trim throughout the upper living area of the house. New paint and carpet finished it off so that it feels like we are in a brand new home! Fantastic experience with their master plumber. We had several lingering plumbing problems that he was able to resolve. He worked continually while he was here, no breaks, etc. And for the toughest problem, he persevered and kept working and trying things until it was perfect.

We really appreciated our experience with KCBR during our master bath remodel project. Bathroom remodeling is a significant investment, and we researched several NARI-member companies before we consulted with KCBR. Anthony Myers was the the third of three candidates we interviewed, and as he left our home, I thought, "This is our guy." I had a sense that he understood our priorities, and he also pointed out issues that the other companies had not brought up in their on-site assessments. His bid was not the lowest, and we asked him to explain the pricing discrepancies. He showed us many items that were not included in another company's bid that we would have to consider and pay for later. This made sense to us, and we loved the fact that Anthony included the services of a designer (Amy) to help us make our choices, rather than "let the girls at the tile shop help you choose finishes, because that's what they do all the time," as the representative from the other candidate company suggested to us. Amy was invaluable in guiding us to make choices within our budget that were both practical and beautiful. As to construction, every single person working on the project was punctual, tidy, courteous, and professional. Anthony communicated with us and with his crew daily and came to check on the progress of the work being done regularly. He promptly responded to all our questions and concerns, and we are delighted with the outcome of the project. We know we made the right choice in selecting KCBR to remodel our bathroom. Remodel of existing bathroom; complete finish out of 1700 sq ft basement including adding a full bath. All of Anthony’s employees were professional, knowledgeable & completely trustworthy. I had KCBR remodel my Master Bath. They replaced the shower, vanity, flooring, all the fixtures, new baseboard and painted. I've had several updates done on my house in the last couple years and this was the smoothest and least stressful for me. The workers were always on time, cleaned up at the end of each day, and Anthony always let me know at the end of the day who would be there the next day and what work they would be doing. It seems like after every project I've had done and the workers have gone I find a thing or two that I think could have been done better (something is crooked, etc.) and it bugs me every time I see it. That's not the case with the bathroom. I was very impressed with the professionalism, work ethic, and quality of work done by all of the workers. I'm very very pleased with my Master Bath Remodel!
