Ken from KDM did an Excellent job repairing and painting our 12 year old pergola. The job was completed as estimated and in a timely manner. It looks brand new!

As a Realtor, I had a property coming to market which needed several repairs. I was really lucky that KDM had the time, particularly lucky because they did such good work. They removed a wheel chair ramp and constructed a step in it's place, made an identical step in another doorway, built a custom made crawl space cover, repaird three kitchen cabinet doors so they close properly, replaced glide hardware for a drawer and replaced the draft guard on the front door. I was so pleased that everything came out so well and now they home is going to show so much better than it would have. At the end of the project KDM removed all construction material so there were no signs that they had been there.
