This past Summer I finally had my 35+ year old master bathroom totally renovated. Down to bare studs, walls, floors & tub, cabinet, fixtures.....removed..GONE! It seemed overwhelming, I could never survived it without the help of Kendal & Co. I knew what I wanted & with Peggy’s guided expertise through the Design process & Rob, the Project Managers support thru the entire project, each step of the way, follow up, scheduling the subcontractor, coming by weekly to inspect the process, I never felt uninformed or left out. The subcontractors were efficient, polite, workmanlike & always cleaned up after they were done. I now have a gorgeous walk-in shower, beautiful cabinets, lots of storage, upgraded fixtures, quartz countertop & I love it. Thank you Rob, Peggy & Crew for excellent work! I would recommend Kendal & Co.

(2.5 Stars) My husband and I recently finished a renovation of our 3 bathrooms. The work that was done was all done well. The end result is beautiful. All of the workers that came to our house worked efficiently and treated our house respectfully. While we are happy with how our new bathrooms look, however, we still came away from the project with pretty negative feelings toward the company. Their communication with us and with each other was terrible. What we were told would be a 3-4 week project ended up taking two months, mostly because Kendal forgot to order our cabinets. We couldn’t reach the salesman we’d been working with for several weeks leading up to the start of the project, and we didn’t know why. We were also told the wrong start date for the renovation, and only found out the correct date a few days in advance, after we’d already rearranged our schedules to accommodate the other date. Throughout the renovation, we worked hard to make sure our anxiety-prone puppy never had to be alone in the house with workers – but one day near the end of the project, a crew showed up without any prior notice after both of us were already at work, so there was nothing we could do to prevent the one situation we wanted to avoid. They also forgot to do some final detail work in our largest bathroom, and left all of their garbage behind until we called to ask them to come clean it up. We will not be considering Kendal & Company for future renovations.

I love this company. Very nice people. They did a wonderful job with my master bath remodel. Very professional. They do quality work and have wonderful subcontractors. They stand by their work and quickly address any issues that may arise. Would highly recommend them.

Peggy design skills and expertise were much appreciated in our (small) master bath remodel. Rob was project manager and ensured all work was done expertly and on time. We are beyond pleased with the finishes, materials and final outcome of our project.

This is our second complete kitchen remodel that we have hired Kendal & Company for. This experience was much improved over the first which was over 8 years ago. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome as the pictures will attest. Like any project of this scope there were some "hiccups" along the way which are to be expected - the key to a successful project is how the designer/owner handles those. In this case we were able to have candid conversations with Randy and Scott voicing our concerns along the way and both were very prompt at addressing them. Scott did an excellent job as "project manager" staying on top of issues and keeping us informed. We felt as though he took a vested interest in us a clients and was determined to see the project through to our satisfaction. The majority of the issues on this project that arose were directly related to the cabinet company, Decora. While we love the cabinets and all the features that they offer, we feel that both customer service and quality control from them was lacking. That is the main reason for the 4 star rating and not 5. We would not hesitate to recommend Kendal and Company to both friends and family.

I purchased Decora cabinets for our master bath remodel from Kendal & Co for my contractor to install. They gave us great suggestions for a layout, their price was very reasonable and everything was delivered before the quoted timeline and in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with the service and the product. They were significantly cheaper than the big box store we also received a quote from for the exact same cabinets. I won't hesitate to use them again.

We had such a great experience with Kendal & Company, and have hired them for all of our big renovation/remodeling projects over the past few years. Very professional from start to finish; we had wonderful design input & ideas, they discussed our budget realistically & updated us frequently on progress. The on-site crew was outstanding, also, high quality work done.

Have used Kendal for two major projects. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Subs' work was satisfactory. Some issues with plumbing installation but nothing major Final project cost were exactly as estimated. Randy Rice is very good design talent. Recommend.

We hired Kendal & Company to provide design & cabinetry for our new kitchen, laundry room, master bathroom & kids bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the results. Randy & his team were knowledgeable & professional & also a delight to work with. They did an excellent job of listening to our needs & creating our vision. I had Randy and his team help me with the remodeling of my kitchen and they did an absolutely outstanding job! Randy is excellent with the design and helped me attain my dream gorgeous kitchen! The installation and any adjustments were done on time and very well. The entire team at Kendal is great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
