The folks at Kitchen & Bath Galleries have been trusted partners of mine since the late nineties. They’re careful attention to details, thoughtful design, and craftsman like installation is rare to find in today’s cabinet companies. Their expertise extends well beyond just cabinets. They also offer stylish countertops, appliances a chef would covet, beautiful tile, and fine plumbing products. Being a residential home builder, I’ve teamed up with K&B Galleries on many projects, including my own home renovation, over the years and they’ve always exceeded expectations.

K&B Galleries were excellent to deal with and I highly recommend them. I had an issue with my new wall oven (factory defect) and was not able to get resolution by going through the factory customer service support (spent 1.5 months working with the factory and not fixed). K&B Galleries were able to resolve the issue within a week (and before Christmas). They will have my business for years to come! A big thank you to the K&B team!!!

We just finished our project and we are extremely happy with the results. Lisa Jones was our designer and she was a tremendous resource. Not only are we pleased with how great it looks but also with the improved functionality. The goal was timeless beauty, improved layout for cooking and cleaning, and creating an idea gathering space with island seating that was more open to our living area for the family and ideal for entertaining friends! We would highly recommend using Lisa Jones for any renovation project.

We were building a custom house in Chapel Hill and wanted to find some specific cabinets. Kitchen and Bath had them, so we booked an appointment and met with Kaylor - and the whole experience from that first meeting was GREAT. Kaylor listened to what I wanted and came up with multiple ideas to discuss for the kitchen and baths. She helped make the design come together, measured everything twice, and followed up on each item. She managed every detail, ensured the installation was perfect, and did a walk through to create a punch list to ensure things were perfect. And when an electrician made an error, she helped us recover from that. She knew when to pull back from the most expensive options and understood when I added a constraint to the project. I would recommend her, and Kitchen and Bath to anyone. Everyone who has seen this installation has loved the whole thing... and always wants to know who was behind it all. I had ideas -- Kaylor made them come to life. I am going to love working in this kitchen for years. I cannot recommend Kitchen and Bath and the team there more.

Lisa Jones listened to my vision and with her expertise, my dream kitchen came to life. Our house was built in the 1920s and therefore, Lisa was charged with designing the kitchen around the challenges that come with an old house. With Lisa's creativity and ingenuity, she looked for areas to gain extra space and used a hall closet to expand. Lisa helped throughout the entire design process from start to finish, even meeting me offsite to look at countertops and coming onsite several times to collaborate with the contractors. I LOVE my kitchen and am thrilled with the outcome! It is both functional and beautiful. I would not change one thing about it, thanks to all of Lisa's help!

This is my 4th project with Kitchen and Bath Galleries and they never cease to amaze me with their skills and selection! Lisa Jones was my designer on this master bath project and she and the ENTIRE staff at the North Hills store were beyond professional! They always made time for my husband and me, never were pushy, but always steered us the right way when we couldn't decide one way or the other. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how Lisa always knows/knew the ins and outs of designing a bath and that makes your final result ALWAYS wonderful (and practical/useful)! Lisa is so easy to work with and ultra flexible when working with us on products. She always worked within our budget (not that we actually had one but we didn't want to go too crazy--he, he) but was respectful of prices, etc! I will return to K&B Galleries again without a doubt! My other three projects with K&B were an entire redesign of a den wall w/fireplace and wine refrigerator, a entertainment system/cabinet in a bonus room and a kid's bathroom. All of these projects still look amazing even after a few years! Thanks, K&B!

Christy was the best designer of all of the various designers/contractors/vendors we have interacted with on our very large home addition and renovation. For multiple reasons, she quickly became the only designer that we felt comfortable turning to for advice. First, she understands design at the very highest levels, and is able to communicate with even the most clueless customers (i.e., us) in a way that doesn't make you feel dumb or overwhelmed. Second, she understands how to stay within a budget--something that is rare in the industry, as anyone taking on a large project knows. Third, she has a way of keeping the most stressed-out homeowners confident and chill through the process. Fourth, she is extremely patient with questions, generous with her time, and is extremely responsive. In our experience, all of these qualities in a designer are rare. If you have a large project--or even a small one that you really care about--we strongly recommend you seek out Christy at Kitchen and Bath Galleries.

Professional from start to finish. This wonderful group are respectful of your ideas and budget. Guiding you through all phases of choices for materials, contractors and overall design. My kitchen renovation commenced with spinal fusion surgery. My lead designer, Lisa Jones, jumped in handling any issues and making sure the contractor and subs were as unobtrusive in my recovery as possible. Lisa even brought meals during my recovery. Her kindness is beyond measure. Through the attention to detail and wonderful design our 1970's kitchen was transformed into a beautiful and stunning new room. This company is the model for all other companies. The Best of The Best.

We built an expensive new home and purchased more than $30,000 of appliances from K&B. We had a major problem with one of the dishwashers a few months after we moved in and could get no help from K&B. After a month of calling, we were finally told they don't handle problems. They told us to call the manufacturers 1-800 number. We purchased from K&B at a higher price than Lowes to get help and service, but they won't stand behind their sales and help a customer, so I would never again purchase or recommend them for a full suite of kitchen, laundry and other appliances from K&B. There are other great appliance dealers who are helpful before and after the sale.

Remodeling our kitchen with Kitchen & Bath Galleries was the best thing we have done for our house. Christy Rissario at the Gleenwood Ave showroom was outstanding with her advice and attention to detail throughout the entire process. She helped us in every aspect of the design, taking our ideas and turning them into a reality. We couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended.

Michelle was very professional and provided excellent ideas and guidance with my bathroom renovations. She accompanied me to various sites to select lighting, granite, tile, paint color, cabinets, etc. She has a delightful personality so the project was fun rather than overwhelming.

Kitchen and Bath Galleries helped us with our kitchen remodel. I had been saving pictures and pins of things that we wanted to incorporate for years, since we first moved into our home. You can see by the before picture that our kitchen needed a lot of help! I met Rebecca when I was just browsing around the Cary gallery for ideas several months before we started anything. We contacted several different people for quotes doing our due diligence. No one came close to being as helpful and on point as Rebecca at Kitchen and Bath Galleries. I showed her everything that I had been saving and she found a way to make it all happen, even on our budget. (I know it looks like our budget is high but that was for our entire project, not just what we spent at Kitchen and Bath. I didn't break it all down separately so just to understand our budget we also did hardwood floors on the bottom two floors of our home, we had to jack up our house to make it level because it had sank over the years (built in 1969), redid downstairs bathroom and added water pressure valve for the house, and we also did a new mantel and cabinets around the fireplace.) Rebecca was so great helping me with anything that I needed, meeting me at the stone yard to help me pick out marble, and answering all the emails that that I would bombard her with. The guys that installed our cabinets were awesome and would be like part of our family when we came home from work everyday. I don't think that the process could have gone more smoothly working with them. We had such a great experience with Kitchen and Bath Galleries we highly recommend them, and hope to work with them again on our bathroom remodels.
