I Am three months into a project estimated to be three weeks. They have told me on four seperate occasions that my reno was done. It was never done. They have been telling me for 6 weeks there is one more day of work left. Yet every time I come home it’s worse. The last time I found the damaged my flooring trying to fix the mess they made of my floor boards. DO NOT use them. I am miserable in my unfinished home and they won’t reply to emails anymore except to pass the blame

We contacted Kitchen and Bath Inc. for a shower renovation This was made clear on first contact Spent the time to measure , take photos and follow up They quoted $15,000.! When I asked why renovating a shower would be so much they rudely explained that they don't do partial renovations. That's okay - but why waste my time in the first place to sent the specs and photos and why not explain in your reply that it was for a full reno(not the job I need) I found the rude and unprofessional -very glad that this process did proceed further with them Many reviews echo this as well
