Unfortunately, the first contractors I used ruined the flooring in my bathroom. They took ages to do it and they simply didn’t know what they were doing. In the end, we got uneven floors and the titles looked a proper mess. I felt rather concerned when I contacted Kitchen & Batch, but luckily, my worries turned to none. They quickly fixed what wasn’t done right and provided me with a bathroom design I couldn’t even dream about! I’m very grateful.

We contacted Kitchen and Bath Inc. for a shower renovation This was made clear on first contact Spent the time to measure , take photos and follow up They quoted $15,000.! When I asked why renovating a shower would be so much they rudely explained that they don't do partial renovations. That's okay - but why waste my time in the first place to sent the specs and photos and why not explain in your reply that it was for a full reno(not the job I need) I found the rude and unprofessional -very glad that this process did proceed further with them Many reviews echo this as well

As per our discussion on the phone and my email to you before you have sent the photos, I have clearly explained that our company does not do partial renovations. The quote you have been given was to give you an idea of the budget should you wish to go ahead with entire bathroom reno.

Stay clear or be prepared for delays, poor communication, poor quality, and a great lack in professionalism! Instead of being delivered a kitchen on September 16th as indicated on our contract, we were presented with a sample door painted in a completely different colour. There was absolutely NO reason why we had to wait until the actual delivery date to approve the colour. This could have been done weeks prior since we selected the colour on August 20th. What makes matters worse was that no apology was ever given for the delay. We are now at the end of December and our kitchen is still not complete!! How do you explain this??
