Kitchen, Bath & Home - Texas

KB&H recently finished a remodel of our hall bath, laundry room, and kitchen. The process started out great. We knew the general direction we wanted to go and Andrew got us there. It was a very good collaborative effort. Andrew actually listened to us and did not try to impose his preferences in our house as other designers have tried to do in the past. Jesse and Andrew are great at the front end. Jesse's cabinet knowledge helped to hit it out of the park in the kitchen. Worrying about 1/4" inches showed he knew his business and used that knowledge to make it all work. Once the in-house work started, Joe, our project manager, had things running smoothly. He kept us informed if a trade was running late or wasn't going to make it for some reason. And speaking about trades, a remodeler is only as good as his subcontractors, and KB&H has some really good ones. If you can get Mitchell and you can get Prada Interiors, it is well worth it. The quality of their work and attention to detail is unmatched. Of course any job has hiccups and we dealt with when they came up. Overall, a very good experience and we are glad we chose KB&H over the other two groups who looked at our project.

After spending over a year speaking to home remodeling companies and contractors we decided to hire Kitchen, Bath & Home for our kitchen remodel project. After our initial meeting with Jesse Johns we were impressed with how his business fit our expectations. His desire to be “transparent” with all expenses provided a level of trust and honesty that we were looking for. Jesse proved to be an excellent steward of our budget. During the design process we had the privilege of working with the talented Andrew Risinger. Andrew listened to what wasn’t working in the current kitchen and how we wanted the new kitchen to function. Ultimately he designed a layout that now functions for our family and is very beautiful! During our remodel we had the pleasure to have Joe Sparkman as our Project Manager. Joe did an excellent job communicating with us and coordinating all the schedules of the contractors and trades. Joe was friendly, professional, and always accessible. But, most of all we trusted Joe to ensure the quality of the work being done met our standards. Finally we have to highly rate the plumbers, electricians, cabinetmakers, flooring, painters, and masons that worked on our remodel. KB&H works with excellent trades and contractors. We would highly recommend KB&H to anyone looking to do a home remodeling project.

I contracted Kitchen, Bath & Home ten years ago to install cabinets in my kitchen and I was so pleased, that I recently had them back to put identical cabinets over the washer and dryer in the utility room. Both experiences were superlative in the quality of the product and responsiveness of the crew. Owner Jesse Johns personally worked with me for creative storage solutions in very challenging spaces, and I couldn’t be happier. The cabinets are beautiful, functional, and after 10 years look like new. When I asked for a minor repair for a pantry pullout, Jesse offered a total redo at very reasonable cost that is much more workable and attractive. The company stands 100% behind its product, and the pride of craftsmanship shows.
