Lisa with Kitchenland was absolutely amazing she was so patient and professional in assisting me with my new construction and helping me pick out the most beautiful cabinets and countertops. My husband and I met with several contractors and I was introduced to Lisa after going through the process of getting other bids from different vendors trying to find the best quality of cabinets and countertops at a reasonable price. As soon as I met with Lisa and we picked out the most beautiful cabinets and she gave me a bid I never spoke to anyone else she is so knowledgeable within her field all of the different products and suggestions she gave me ideas about paint and decorating was so helpful. I never felt like a client but more like a friend she was so easy to work with and so patient with me every time I changed my mind it made the process so much easier she is definitely a gem! I was so impressed every time I ran into a family member or friend they asked me who was I using for my kitchen designs and I said Lisa with Kitchenland so many people had used her and have dealt with her throughout the years all just raved about the amazing job she did for them and several have come back to her with new projects. In the fall we will start building our new bar in our basement and Lisa with be working with us until completion. I have observed several other vendors cabinetry during the bidding process and I have to say I feel so fortunate to have met Lisa the quality I received from Kitchenland was the best other vendors that I dealt with previous to using Lisa I have to say the quality of their wood is no comparison to mine and believe me there's a difference. My new kitchen is everything I have ever dreamed of and more its my favorite room of the house along with my beautiful quartz countertops in my bathrooms! Lisa was very patient as we went back and forth on cabinet types and finishes . We went with the Schmidt cabinets based on her recommendation. The cabinets are well constructed and her final design is both beautiful and functional. Since this was a new home we built for ourselves, we ended up ordering the cabinets well in advance of installation. Lisa arranged for the cabinets to be warehoused at Kitchenland in Edwardsville and delivered when needed. We're very happy customers.

Lisa is a wonderful consultant who helped me design my new kitchen. Her experience and professionalism helped guide me through difficult decisions. She was extremely patient with me throughout the entire project. My kitchen and bath were kept within my budget and timeline. Everyone who sees my kitchen now, raves about how lovely it is. I came here for an estimate on my kitchen cabinets. Kristin was very helpful. I decided to go elsewhere, because I got a lower estimate somewhere else. When it was all done, there were a lot of things I ended up paying extra for that I thought was included in the estimate. Looking back, I wish I had used your company, as I would have known up front what the cost was going to be.

Kristin was a delight to work with from start to finish. From recommending an appliance supplier that gave us a great deal on a gas range, to working with our contractor to make sure they understood where everything went, she was extremely helpful. This was a first for me in terms of remodeling a room and I needed a lot of handholding. She was able to clearly explain things to me and also accommodated that I needed the work done in 2 stages due to budget constraints. Highly recommend her!

My mom has been thinking about a kitchen remodel for years and she is very happy we chose to work with Kristin at Kitchenland. The company was able to provide a selection of high quality products in a range of prices. Kristin, our designer, made my mom feel comfortable and helped to narrow down the choices so that it wasn’t overwhelming. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and then some. She didn’t hesitate to drive the half hour to our home if there was a need. From design to completion of the construction she was by our side. Kristin was great in helping me with my Schmidt cabinets. I have used Schmidt cabinets provided by Kitchenland over the past 20 years. I used them for two kitchens and two baths. Both in ordering and additional questions across the years, they have been excellent. Our orders were always correct, they knew the right questions and the right product was received. Best of all is the service after installation. They know their product and have been very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Kristen Sangiolo, of Kitchenland, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with on kitchen and bath remodel. In our kitchen, Kristen was able to give us a custom cabinet look while using standard cabinet sizes, which saved us a lot of money. She worked with us to pick a pleasing design, hardware, varied cabinet heights, and quartz countertops, which furthered the custom look. In our baths, Kristen helped us pick cabinet door fronts and drawers to give our baths an updated look. Kristen was very accurate in her measurements and double checked to make sure every measurement was correct. During the installation process Kristen checked in to make sure things were going well and to see if anything had been overlooked. We really appreciated Kristen’s thoroughness, her positive attitude and patience as we changed our minds. She even came to our home to retake measurements on her day off. Because of her efforts we now have the kitchen and the baths we love.

Kitchenland has worked with us on two projects, the first was installing custom quartz countertops. Last year, we worked with them as they designed and built a custom banquette and drop zone, and Lisa was great about responding to our requests, suggesting ideas, and helping us stay within our budget.
