Great experience with a complete bathroom remodel - smooth and efficient process, and the results are gorgeous! All the various tradespeople - electrician, plumber, contractor - were friendly and committed to their work. It was a huge job, but they did their best to keep things as tidy as possible during the work, which was completed on time. The design help was fantastic and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. It was so easy, too; the showroom has everything and they do all the procurement, line up everyone so that the work can be completed without any delays. I'd recommend this company very highly.

Excellent work! The designer, Taniya, was amazing. She listened to our concerns, wishes and budget. She provided ideas, made suggestions and was always available through out the process. She designed our new laundry room with walk-in closet and bathroom that surpassed our expectations. She was attentive to details. The 5 week schedule was respected, contractor and specialists involved were on time, pleasant, respectful and professional. This is our third home renovation with this company and we are very pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend this company that provided bilingual services.

We are extremely happy with our decision to retain Kitchens and Bathrooms First for the renovation on our en-suite bathroom, the main bathroom and the powder room. It started with a consultation with the designer, Taniya who visited our house to ensure that her recommendations would blend well with our home and our taste in decoration. Indeed, Taniya gave us great suggestions and this was the first time that we accepted 100 % of a designer’s recommendations for major renovations in our home! The renovations started on time and were completed within the estimated number of days. For three weeks, we had half a dozen tradespeople in and out of our home and all of them were courteous, discreet and professional with their respective tasks and responsibilities. We are very satisfied with the work and we highly recommend Kitchens and Bathrooms First.

We had a great experience with Kitchens and Bathrooms First. Taniya Lawrence, the designer/consultant showed us some great choices for tiles, accents and accessories from their beautiful showroom. We appreciate her ideas. The installation of our new shower was done quickly enough so that my wife will be able to use it as soon as she gets her knee operation. Sébastien and Danny completed the install in a professional manner and we are thrilled with the look. The day after completion, we had a leak from our ceiling below the bathroom. We called and Jeff came within 30 minutes. With his miniature camera, he determined that the problem was not from the installation bur from the other bathroom. He then proceeded to fix that leak by cutting a pipe that was too long and then re-caulking... even though his company had nothing to do with that bathroom. Above and beyond the call of duty: "We are all about our client's satisfaction" said Jeff, refusing my offer to pay for his work. Can't beat that!

After having our bathroom renovated with Kitchens & Bathrooms First in 2015, we decided to have them design & renovate our kitchen. Their in-house designer Tania Lawrence was very helpful in walking us through the different stages of the project. Her practical knowledge of cabinet design, color schemes, lighting requirements was essential in achieving 'r goal with respect to 'r budget. Thank you so much Tania!
