Ann, the sale person was wonderful. Everything else was horrible. This was a simple $800 countertop job and they couldn’t get it right. We even had to take the country sink in for them to fit it right and they still got it wrong. After I forming them of all the issues, of which are too lengthy to add here, they told us if there were any errors they are our fault. I would advise not doing any business with them.

Laborers and Project Manager were professional and hardworking. Customer Service, scheduling and ownership was lacking. They were difficult to reach during the process, and did not always communicate important details. Also, many details we clearly communicated were missed or forgotten. Not all details were shared with the laborers onsite. I had to direct them on certain design aspects, like the height of the vanity. When an issue arose, small ones were quickly fixed by the Project Manager, while bigger ones were passed to the owner. While trying to resolve these issues, the owner and designer were argumentative and unprofessional. We even received part of an internal email, which said something offensive about us. The designer and owner made this process difficult and very frustrating. My entire career has been in customer service, and this experience takes the gold medal for the worst. Contrary to their typical reviews, our experience was completely different. I STRONGLY recommend choosing a DIFFERENT company.

Kitchens Etc renovated our 20-year old kitchen, laundry and powder room. This was a complete gut job and replacement of virtually everything. Les was excellent at not only helping us through the colors/finishes process but redesigning our inadequate pantry/fridge area. He also gave great recommendations for lighting and layout. The Kitchens Etc crew was excellent. The 1 month project was completed on-time and within cost. They showed up as scheduled, cleaned up after themselves, were pleasant to deal with and did excellent work. They even hooked our laundry back up each night. Our remodel included granite counters, a beautiful diamond-patterned backsplash with accent tile, cherry cabinets, porcelain floor tile and other nice amenities. They not only achieved, but exceeded our expectations. Les and the entire crew are true craftsman/professionals who take pride in their work.

Kitchens, Etc. recently completed a total remodel of our kitchen and powder room. They installed new cabinetry, granite countertops, flooring, tile work, lighting and appliances. We were extremely satisfied with their work! The staff and contractors were professional, polite and accommodating. They cleaned up everyday and finished the project on schedule. Les provided great input while planning the remodeling and Oscar was a pleasure to work with. Kitchens, Etc. was quick and responsive with their communications throughout the project. We couldn't be happier with the end result....every aspect of the project turned out great! We will definitely use Kitchens, Etc. for future projects.

Last year Kitchens, Etc designed my new kitchen. They came to my home and removed all of the old cupboards and appliances. They had to patch the ceiling where there had been a peninsula with overhead cabinets hanging over the bar. They installed the new kitchen with brand new appliances. I love the work they did and love my new kitchen. The men that came in to do the work were excellent. Each day they cleaned their work area so we wouldn't track through out the house. I couldn't be happier with the work that they did. Next I want to have my bathroom remodeled. I will definitely be calling them to do the job when we are ready to do that remodel.

Prior to putting our home on the market, the kitchen and master bath needed to be renovated. The kitchen is quite large and the goal was to resurface the island and replace; all the appliances, all counter tops with granite, all the hardware and lighting, the soaker tub and shower door in three weeks. Kitchen's Etc was extremely helpful in problem solving, guiding us through the process and completing the work in a timely fashion. The majority of the work was completed in three days. Every employee and contractor was polite and considerate. They were willing to complete other small related projects that were not on the original contract.
