We met the owner and the contractor at a home show. We really liked them and called for an estimate right after the show February 2017. I talked to the owner and had the contractor come to our home within days. We spent close to 2 hours showing him photos of equipment, cabinets etc... that we picked out. He said a rough estimate was $200,000. - $250,000 for the job. They would be able to start the job August 2017. He said he should have a design for us in about a week and a half. I heard nothing so at the end of April I called and talked to the owner Fred. He never apologized but said he would come and look since he was one of the designers. He came in April and spent about an hour. He had no information from the contractor so we started from scratch. He said about a week and a half for an initial design. Today is May 31, 2017 and no design. We have wasted months. DO NOT CONSIDER THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE TIME.

Fred worked with us on our budget and was patient in my multiple color changes on cabinet doors. He had a designer work with us every step of the way on our dream kitchen. He was always available to answer questions or concerns. The friendly family run business is a plus to Stafford.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their cabinetry selection. Contractor estimate was not written out but was verbally stated. He never followed up with an exact cost or plan to present to me. He was very knowledgeable about tile and bathroom remodeling...which was our project to redo our kids bathroom. I wanted ideas and an understanding of our budget but I do not feel wanted to take the time. Did not choose the company due to not following up with us with the written estimate or a layout/proposed plan.
