Got a recommendation to call this company from a trusted neighbor who was very pleased with work they did for him in the past. Justin White was the plumbing tech who did all the work. He was very professional and personable, and upon completion of the job removed all debris and cleaned up. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve used Kobella Plumbing, Heating & Cooling several times and I’m extremely pleased with all of their services. Started with a hot water tank replacement, then onto a new HVAC System and whole house plumbing repairs and updates. Mike and his team are fabulous as well as extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fair. They explain the project work, answer all questions and provide a clear cost estimate. They are a proven local business that I highly recommend. Class act!

so many red flags before the installation and still went thru the installation. Paid this company $5100. While installing the 2 stage Amanda unit asked for more money i refused. The moment I refused became hostile and condescending. After they finished the installation it was discovered that they shorted my control board and my furnace fan was running nonstop. Even when you turn the system off. Asked $489 to install a new control board when the furnace in under warranty and the part is free. At this point we had enough we won’t give mike kobella and his shady company any more money. This person see people as ATM. WHO needs a hostile person in their house while you are paying them so much money Stay away mike kobella is not worth it.

Our response to you remains the same. We feel we provided you excellent service, going above and beyond to help understand your wants and find satisfaction. The multiple complementary visits to investigate reported fan issues that were not detectable is an example of this, as is the thermostat exchange we performed for a nominal amount in effort to satisfy you (despite the equipment working properly after repeated testing). We reached out to various manufacturers to discuss equipment to meet your desires, and we supported you with thorough informational discussions regarding your system operations, thermostat capabilities, and our recommended solution ideas. We are confident in the service we provided and the work we performed, and stand behind both. Again, we're sorry to hear you don't recognize or value these efforts and our skills and interpreted things differently.

This company over delivered in every aspect of our encounter-from the charming and accommodating women on the phone to the communication prior to the appointment to the delightful tech (Michael) that explained the situation and my options and then performed the work I chose. They outperformed the well known competition in every aspect-give them a chance. You will be happy you did.

Another company was here a few days before Kobella came and had me scheduled to remove my slab kitchen floor with a jackhammer to search for a clog they were unable to find. Obviously that did not sit well with me. I cancelled that appointment and called Kobella. They accurately diagnosed my problem which it turned out was not a clog and provided cost effective options for repair. The technicians were polite, clean, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am thrilled with their work and pricing. Excellent choice if you are in need of plumbing.
