Highly recommended!!!!!!!! Me and my wife purchased the vanity and Bathtub the brand call Virta..I must admit its the most amazing solid wood beautiful Vanity... Very Good Quality and very resonable price.The staff was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly.I will be going back to buy my other bathroom fixture from there once I am ready..... We will also recommend Kolani to my Family and Friends!!!!

Their Woodbridge location as well as their concord location have staff members that are completely unreasonable. I purchased a $3000.00 vanity from them and when it came the drawers weren’t smooth and the hinges were different colours. They threatened to not sell me the vanity after waiting 2 weeks for the vanity to arrive. I was forced to take it in the condition that it was in as I couldn’t risk losing the contractor who was installing it. The company didn’t care that this happened

The best store in the GTA!!! Wide selection of bathtubs , vanities , shower faucets and toilets , a quality fixtures in a great prices , the customer service is amazing!! I highly recommend this company to any one looking for quality kitchen and bath fixtures! The great thing about this company is that they have most of the stuff in stock . I’m so happy dealing with this company and definitely I will be dealing with them again and again!! Thank you Kolani!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH KOLANI. TERRIBLE experience. I bought TWO matching faucets for my bathroom and when they called to inform me the faucets were ready for pickup, they only gave me ONE. They then blamed their supplier for the lack of second faucet and promised it would be delivered soon. It has now been THREE entire months with continual lies about supplier delivery dates and still no faucet. Never have THEY reached out to me, all the bad news I have received from this company have been from me calling them. They are dishonest, have the worst customer service I have ever encountered and offer nothing to appease their clients who have been wronged.

Excellent customer service and amazing prices! I did a ton a research and running around to different stores and Kolani by far exceeded my expectations. The prices were amazing and Reham took the time to show me all the options (she seems to know every item in the store and in the catelogues). If you don't see what you are looking for definitely ask, I wish I'd found them sooner, it would have saved me a lot of time and gas money!
