“I got my dream kitchen! Starting with a dark, small galley kitchen, Cheyenne Mountain Builders designed and built a kitchen that was spacious, functional, and beautiful. There wasn't room for a dinning table and chairs so the craftsman built a custom breakfast nook that became the center of my house for entertaining and meals. “I would enthusiastically refer True Design Build to friends for the following reasons: 1. They made everything easy! A long distance remodel is not easy, but they made it so. 2. Throughout it all, they were always calm and a voice of reason, even when there were hiccups, which are unavoidable. 3. They were so quick! Our timeline was aggressive and you came through. No easy feat with labor shortages, supply and distribution issues. 4. The attention to detail was amazing and your standards high. I have never worked with a contractor (and I’ve worked with many) who anticipated everything before I did and had things remedied before I even laid eyes on it.”

“The design elements were wonderful as our project was a bit difficult...hundred-year old home. They did design a bath and kitchen but with the kitchen just too expensive but considering the work involved not unduly so. We did do the bath and it is wonderful...we have gotten so many great compliments...that the bath still "fits-in" with our home but is truly modern. Beckony was wonderful to work with. All their personnel and subcontracts were considerate and responded to our concerns and questions very readily and in a manner that we could understand...as well as in a timely manner. Nancy, Richard, and John always responded with understanding and in a most kind way...and in timely manner as well. If we ever feel "flush" enough, we will have them do the kitchen. I highly recommend this company.”

“Gidget Webster, head of DesignCents, was the designer and decorator for our new luxury bathroom in Colorado. She brought to the job a great combination of skills and tools -- floor plan software, technical experience, product knowledge, relationship building, and hands on know-how. Artistic, technical, creative, and mechanical -- she brings it all. To design this new bathroom, Gidget converted our conversations using a complex software into a flat blueprint that transformed to a three dimensional, 360 degree rotating picture of the bathroom. When the room was built, the picture and the actual room looked exactly alike. This was amazingly helpful. When it came to making decisions about tile patterns, sink and shower hardware, she made this an easier process for me. The unlimited possibilites were overwhelming to me. She came to me with three ideas with physical samples she thought matched my tastes and budget and let me react to them. The end results were beautiful because her sample did match my taste but were more beautiful and creative than I would have imagined on my own. I had hired the builder before I hired Gidget and he was a strongly opinionated man. Gidget managed to get him to cooperate completely with her. She was conscious of costs on my behalf, often saying things like "I would never pay this much for tile" or "you'll get your money's worth with such-and-such" I know she helped me save money without sacrificing style. Another reason I liked working with Gidget is that she accommodated my own imagination. I have elaborate ideas; sometimes, impossible ones. For example, I wanted to use a crude dough bowl as a double sink. She helped me accomplished this At the end, Gidget added her own mechanical savvy. For example, the builder installed the shower and the sink hardware upside down. She figured it out and changed it herself. She even made some installations on her own wearing her tool belt and using her own drill. The bathroom has all the features I wanted and it is gorgeous!”

“Would highly recommend Lee to anyone considering a bathroom or kitchen remodel. He is greatly skilled at tile work but can handle any remodeling work. Lee did our bathroom tiles last year and did some remodeling in our kitchen this year. We are very happy with the quality of his work but more importantly appreciate his work ethic. Lee will not mind working extra hours just to get the job done and done right. We chose pebbles for our bathroom floor but then decided to use the same pebbles as mosaic on the shower wall as well. Lee literally installed most of those pebbles one at a time so that the mosaic looks perfect. He is very professional and courteous and gives top priority to customer satisfaction even if it means spending extra time and effort just to get things right.”
