“Remodel of Master Bathroom. Replaced spa tub, remodeled shower, replaced vanity, sinks and vanity lighting including necessary electrical modifications. Ranieri Construction removed all master bathroom fixtures and upgraded the shower to accommodate a hand-held hower in addition to the showerhead. Plumbing was modified for shower and spa tub however; a plumbing leak occurred. Ranieri Construction was quick to respond and did whatever it took to make sure the leak was corrected. Coordination with contractors, who provided other services e.g. vanity and cultured marble installation was handled by Ranieri Construction, which enabled the re-model to be completed successfully. Ranieri Construction stands behind their work and will do whatever it takes to rectify and unforeseen problems/issues.”

“We simply cannot recommend LIA Construction (especially Eric Mizrahi) more highly. We have remodeled other homes in other locations over the years, and none of these projects have gone as smoothly or painlessly as has our current remodel in Summerlin under the supervision of Eric Mizrahi. Eric has a great eye for detail and design. He also is quick to make suggestions that achieve the effects we were going for by less expensive means. He vets his staff carefully, and every single person who has shown up to work on our project at his behest from the general helpers to the stone artisans have been knowledgeable, hardworking, punctual, and respectful. Our project included adding stonework to two full fireplace walls as well as upgrading floors, changing cabinet colors, and coordinating modifications to accommodate new kitchen appliances. The living room stone project morphed into a much larger project than originally planned, and the results are a spectacular floor-to-ceiling work of art which we are thrilled to be able to gaze upon each day. Stonemaster Arbey is so meticulous and artistic about how he places each part of each slab so that it makes a cohesive design that we only half-jokingly asked him to sign his work in the lower right corner like an Old Master painting. Eric stays on top of everything and is very accommodating, patient, and flexible as smaller related projects crop up along the process. He also has all kinds of good resources for other needs like housecleaning, duct cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, cabinet makers, etc. As relative newcomers to Las Vegas, Eric has saved us a lot of time and headache by pointing us in the direction of other service professionals who he has already vetted, and each person he has recommended has turned out to be a winner. Eric has earned our trust and undying gratitude for making this process so much less stressful than such projects we have tackled in the past. He is “good people,” and he uses only “good people” on his projects, and the end result of our project exceeds all expectations. We’re fans for life!”

“We hired Home Masters to do a bathroom remodel. Mort assisted us in the design. He was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating even when we decided to make a few changes during the remodel process. This caused some delays but Mort was more than willing to accommodate the changes. His workers were very nice and professional. They were able to keep the space clean since it was attached to our bedroom. All in all it was a great experience the outcome was beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the end result. “Fact is, these guys saved the day. Arrived promptly when I noticed my ceiling was bubbling/leaking water. Not the kind of thing you want to come home to ever but when it happens you want someone like these guys to step in and knock it out. They dealt with the insurance company which I liked because the lady was jumping on my last nerve. Professionals, high tech equipment used to secure the scene.
