I had a master bath remodel with complete tear-out of the old. Ron oversaw the project-all contractors were professional and considerate and I am pleased with their workmanship-love the new bathroom!

We love our kitchen, finally!! A great job designing kitchen and materials used. But, the punch list, completed by us, had 18 items for completion. And, even though we paid for a dumpster, a pile of trash was left in house?? Once totally completed, we fell in love with our upgraded kitchen.

We used this company to rebuild our master bathroom. The quality of work and the design were excellent. This was a design and build project. Down to the studs and sub floor. The bathroom had previously been modeled for a person with major physical disabilities. Working with Ron, the owner and his teams was a pleasure. The design was a laid out by Krista and we worked with her on colors and selection of tiling etc All of this was done was done during the Covid timescale which made the keeping to timescale even more impressive. Masks were worn without issue. Ron ( the owner) checked every morning at the house when work was being done and any issues, all minor, were agreed at this time. The work was done to the promised timescale and the quality of the work was excellent. They are a very professional company and delivered what was promised . We could not have asked for a a better team

We chose Borchert for our master bathroom project after a good experience with a countertop project two years ago. They and their contractors do high quality work overall, but this time we were disappointed. Our project included new tile, countertops, and fixtures, but kept the overall layout, cabinets, and tub. We had already selected the countertops, so the only major design decision was the tile. We were presented with three choices for tile, and we selected the one that coordinated with the countertop material based on small samples that we were shown. As the tiles were installed, it was apparent that they were very plain except for dark spots that looked like dirt. I wish we had done more homework ahead of time, but then that is why we paid a design fee. The other issue was damage to our cabinets and wood door trim. The side of a cabinet frame was sawed off to make it fit after the new tile was installed, but the damage was far more than necessary and extended above the new tile. Ron provided a new plywood panel to cover the side of the cabinet, but I was left with a repair project installing the panel and some corner molding to cover the damage. The trim around the doors was dented, scratched, and marred in multiple spots, probably during demolition. This required repair and partial refinishing. After spending so much money, time, effort, and disruption, it’s disappointing that we can’t be more excited about the new bathroom.

Contracted Lincorp/Borchert to install quartz counter top, sink, backsplash and faucet. Project was specked to take 3 days after countertop was cut and developed. Job went as specified, installers, tile worker and plumber were all expert at what they did, and job finished in 3 days. We are very pleased with the outcome, and would recommend this company to anyone looking to renovate their home.

We had the best experience with everybody at Borchert. Krista did a wonderful job helping us with the design, Jordan was great to work with and Ron stopped by to check on the production every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and would recommend them to anybody.

We had 2 bathrooms redone at the same time. The process, starting from the planning stage to the final walk through, was very professional. There is also an APP that keeps everything up to date.

We couldn't be more pleased with our Kitchen Remodel. The pros were top notch. They were always on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. They were very eager to please. We are delighted with the results.

We contracted Borchert in 2016 3 years ago to upgrade our master bathroom. From the beginning of the professional project design to completion working with Borchert was a pleasure. Borchert handed all the planning, management, ordering and cleanup in a professional manner with the client’s feelings and interest as their number one priority. We are proud of the new master bathroom and show it off when we can. Borchert stands behind their workmanship with a one-year warranty. Borchert followed up one year after competition checking with us if there were any issues before closing the warranty. At that time there were no issues. Now it’s been 3 years unfortunately we discovered an issue with slight drywall water damage at the base of the shower door wall. Calling Borchert about this and asking for help they responded quickly with Ron the company owner coming out to inspect the issue and agreed something was not right from the very beginning and will open a new warranty ticket 2 years after the original warranty period ended. We are amazed that Borchert will work to fix the problem this long after the original warranty ended. Borchert definitely puts their clients first even years later and works hard to make sure of that. I highly recommend Borchert for any bathroom or kitchen remodeling projects, you will not be disappointed. Borchert is a very unusual company making sure the client is satisfied with the workmanship being top rated.

We're very pleased with the work on our kitchen and bath countertops, backsplash, and fixtures. Ronda's design consultation and efforts to locate materials and patterns were outstanding. The quality of the installation was excellent, and we especially appreciated the meticulous tile work. The finished product looks great. We appreciate the recommendation from our friends, and we would certainly recommend Borchert to others.

The quality of the work done is excellent. The contractors were timely, friendly & a pleasure to work with. The Project Mgt by Ron was exceptional. He worked hard to resolve any issues. He was always kind and patient. He also managed the schedule well. Where this project failed was in the Design area. Our designer was inexperienced and failed to notice some crucial details leading to avoidable upset. She also neglected to show us choices we might have if we were willing to go over budget on the cupboards ( we would have). With the price we paid I expected that level of expertise. Overall, though, we are very happy with the end result.

Borchert did a great job on our kitchen remodel. Everything was done in professional manner and in a timely fashion. Any concerns we had were addressed. I really liked the calendar app used. I would highly recommend Borchert and hope to use them in the future when we are ready for the next project.
