He communicated well and always let us know if he was running late or needed to pick up materials. We live our new bathroom and he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him!

Ian planned and completed a major kitchen and bathroom renovation for me in a small rental property. The project then expanded to include basement upgrades to create better rentable space. The work was done efficiently with high quality. I would use him again.

We hired Ian for several projects over the course of a year. We purchased a home that was mostly renovated but needed some work including light fixtures and painting several rooms. Then we sold two other houses that needed repairs and updates. Ian was super reliable, meticulous and paid great attention to detail. He has great carpentry and design skills--extremely professional!

Ian was invaluable and helped to complete two projects in London, UK. First, I had just completed a remodeling project, but my house wasn’t complete and Ian helped with tasks ranging from electrical to woodwork. Second, I had to complete the restoration and redecoration of a six bedroom house, built in 1902, in a short time frame, before a family arrived from Hong Kong to take up residence. Ian covered all aspects of refurbishment (from electrical work to woodwork). Notably, he fully restored original wood flooring for a house built in 1902. He also repaired and restored wooden garden furniture, a kitchen worktop and completed a wide range of decorating and building work. Ian is honest, talented and a lovely person to work with.
