Our experience with Loebrich installing a SunSetter awning was trouble-free from beginning to end of installation. Dan answered and any questions we had about fabric, cost, installation and options. With Covid-19, installation was delayed and Dan kept us up=to-date on the order/installation status. The gentlemen who installed our awning were professional and did a great job. We love our awning. Loebrich Construction has completed three jobs for us in the last several months. The major task was the replacement of our large living room bow window, which took nearly a full day to complete. The old window was removed and the new one installed, and some modifications were required because the styles were somewhat different. At the completion of the installation the new window looked great! They were careful to clean up and they did not disturb our newly planted flowers which were underfoot. Overall, I would give them high marks for their workmanship, attention to detail, and courtesy. A second project was the replacement of the electrical receptacles in the living room and checking the two outdoor receptacles on the front porch. A new circuit breaker was also installed, and our power problem was solved. Finally, a nagging plumbing problem under our kitchen sink was repaired, and an outdoor faucet was replaced. All projects done were highly satisfactory!

Added a porch on the front of our house and we are very happy with their work.Dan always answered our calls promptly even when he was out of town and was very patient and answered all our questions no matter how trivial. His crew was very courteous and knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely fashion, and after they were done completely cleaned the work area better than before they started. Highly recommend Dan and his men to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price.

We were interested in a SUNSETTER motorized awning for our back deck. Loebrich Contracting was recommended by a friend who had also had an awning installed by them. Dan came to our home and did a free estimate after helping me choose the best option for our situation. The installers were so polite, professional and tidy. They cleaned up after the installation and did such a nice job. No complaints from this happy wife!!! The awning helps keep the afternoon sun from beating in the sliding glass doors from the bedroom to the deck. How delightful. The only ones who are disappointed are the cats, who LOVED that hot sun beating in as they lazed on the carpet every afternoon.

We have used Dan Loebrich on many occasions, from our first project—redoing our kitchen— until our latest project, replacing studs, adding drywall, and new vinyl flooring in our basement. His work has always been superlative. His workers are on time, hardworking, pleasant, and clean up completely every day before they leave. The project has always been completed before Dan’s estimate of how much time it will take. We will continue using him in the future.

We have a wonderful backyard, but our patio deck faces full sun and is just too hot to enjoy. We researched several awning companies and talked to each one. The Loebrich Company was the right one for us. Dan was a patient man who provided us with the facts, the research, and a reasonable price. They were there to install the awning when they said they would, and they did a neat, clean job.

Initially I hired Dan and his crew to replace an old shower in my downstairs bathroom, after they did a wonderful job making the upstairs bathroom handicap accessible for my late husband. Shortly after, we discovered a major leaking problem around both chimneys on the roof, which included two different bedrooms walls and ceilings, which had to be replaced. I cannot say enough about them....not only did they do a beautiful job on everything, it was all done in a timely manner....even though the job turned into something that wasn't initially expected! I am extremely pleased with the professional work that was done....Kyle was here bright and early every day, worked his heart out and cleaned up every day before he left. I highly recommend Loebrich Contracting and would never hesitate to call them if needed in the future!

Contractor is very knowledgeable as well as professional. Had a new bathroom installed and the work quality was awesome. The job was completed in a very timely fashion and this contractor goes out of his way to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. Dan Loebrich was very knowledgeable in helping us choose the right style and fabric for our home, and the crew that installed the awning were professional and courteous.
