Love Creek Construction

After talking to several companies about remodeling our bathroom, we chose Love Creek Construction to do the job. Beforehand, Bill McMahon took the time to answer all our questions, to address all out concerns about how the project would be done, and to give advice on the best ways to tackle the complications of our bathroom. For the project itself, he worked around our schedule, and he pushed to complete it in a timely manner. He was very meticulous in his work, making sure that everything was done right and to our satisfaction. The result is a beautiful bathroom at a fair price. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Love Creek Construction and Bill (and Gigi) McMahon. 10 stars to Love Creek Construction.

I do not typically write reviews but I feel compelled to share the amazing work of Love Creek Construction. From the start to the conclusion of our project, Bill McMahon, the owner, was intimately involved and did a large portion of the work himself. His attention to detail was remarkable and his construction knowledge helped resolve the many issues that arose in renovating an older home. His wife, Gigi, helped with our interior design work and his team of vendors was excellent. Bill's communication was outstanding throughout the project and the pricing of our job was fair and reasonable. And at the end of each day, the workspace was spotlessly clean, making it easy to live in our home during lengthy construction. I would not hesitate to use Love Creek again and have recommended them to multiple friends and neighbors.

Love Creek Construction was a god send. After a few months of searching for a General Contractor to help me with a bathroom remodel I came across Bill McMahon. From day one he was very engaged, extremely supportive and flexible navigating my unconventional remodel. He was very easy to communicate with, flexible with scheduling to accommodate my busy calendar. The project stayed within the proposed budget and he was happy to divide the work - I wanted to take some of the work on my own shoulders - not only he had no problem with it - he was very supportive and more than happy to answer the 100s of questions I had how to do certain parts of the project. I’ve learned a lot from him. His team always showed up as planned, were very kind and professional. Bill regularly checked in on subcontractors and immediately resolved any issues that did arise. Highly recommend Love Creek Construction to anyone that is looking for a true professional, at the same time extremely kind contractor. A very rare gem.

I rate Love Creek Construction as an exemplary company. Our project was the renovation of our 21 year-old master bathroom to be ADA compliant for my disabled veteran husband. Love Creek Construction does all kinds of renovations, and is also certified as an ADA builder. Prior to any demolition, William "Bill" McMahon listened carefully to what we wanted. He made several design suggestions that were perfect for our ultimate goals: a modernized, and beautiful master bath area that was ADA compliant. Bill was most careful in measuring, and in letting us know how the bathroom space would be changed to easily accommodate a scooter or wheelchair. We found that every subcontractor that did demolition, wallpaper stripping, dry wall repair and painting, tiling of the walls, floor, and shower, and plumbing for a new higher toilet, did excellent jobs. Bill both supervised and advised each subcontractor about the work that needed to be completed. Bill himself did the electric work for all the new lighting, a "fandelier, " and he put in new electric outlets where needed. A wonderful addition to Love Creek Construction is Bill's wife Virginia "Gigi" McMahon. Gigi is terrific in helping with design and choosing everything from tile to faucet handles and towel bars! She also was extremely helpful in finding ADA grab bars that did not look too institutional or too industrial. Gigi is also a great researcher in finding items that fit your personal style. Please note, however, that it is YOUR design wishes, along with all the necessary accessories that you choose, that will be honored. Love Creek Construction does everything to make renovation as timely as possible, and its crew were extremely accommodating around our personal schedule. I have no hesitation in giving Love Creek Construction and its owners the highest recommendation.

Bill with Love Creek was so easy to work with. He listened to me and offered really good suggestions and practical feedback for what I desired. I did not have to sacrifice a single design or idea, Bill found a way to work with me. He came in close to the estimated budget, any over costs were due to the type of tile I chose. It was an easy and smooth process. I absolutely adore my new master bathroom.

I have worked with general contractors in the past, Never have I run into a Professional like this before !! I highly recommend !! Bill not only does very good quality work, but if he tells you he'll do something or take care of something you can count on it ,and it will be done when he tells you, if a subcontractor doesn't show or is late he will jump in and take care of it !! We had 3 Estimates on our job and Bill was not the cheapest or the most expensive , he was very reasonably priced, and went the extra mile on everything !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, And fell free to ask him for my number and I'll be happy to talk to anyone about him and his work .

I have worked with several construction companies and they are the best by far. Their construction is spot on. I would not have anyone else work on my home. They are the best choice for your construction needs. They are timely. They are clean. William McMahon has the best attitude, and is very honest.

Construction Mgr. Bill McMahon completed a kitchen remodeling project in a very efficient manner, on time and with in budget. Bill is a dependable, hard working manager and did a good job. I would hire him again. Charles Hartley.
