Lowes of Dover, Delaware

Purchased washer and dryer- when they were delivered they weren’t balanced correctly. Washing machine turned and hit wall on the first load. Literally spent hours on the phone with Lowe’s customer service to have someone come balance appliances. Went back to store twice and was laughed at by assistant manager. Returned items and was price matched at Home Depot. Delivery drivers hit tree in my yard when picking up appliances. Complained to customer service and was told that the store would work with me to make things right. Still haven’t received refund and still haven’t heard back from store. Worst experience of my life!

Today was a very good day for me after visiting Lowe’s Store in Dover, DE. Yesterday my husband cut our yard grass and a stone hit our sliding glass door and it shattered and fell into pieces leave us with no door. We went online and got approved for a purchase. When we arrived at Lowe’s to purchase our item it was under my maiden name from 18 years ago and I told to get it changed to complete my purchase under my real name Griffin. Special thanks to Mary Ellen & Nina (Arieanna) awesome job to these ladies for helping today. I was happy with their services I left with tears in my eyes. These two associate deserve a bonus or a raise before I could’ve gotten my sliding glass door today with out their professionalism . Thank God fir them. Tanya Griffin

I can get stuffings, color or patterns that I need it. There are more supplies in this store. Salesperson is very nice. No sale tax.

Lowes of Dover, DE I have had a friend that needed me to be here as they installed various projects to the home, and they were fantastic. They were professionals explained in detail to what they were doing, and if I had to have any work done in my home as well I would use Lowes. Great Service

I shop here for all of my needs! They have the best customer service in our area. I love the fact that I can order online and pay online, then simply go pick it up with no hassles at all. Most items are in stock too! My washing machine went up and they were the only ones that actually had one on hand. The other stores I would of had to order it and wait. Awesome prices too!! Highly recommend Lowes for all of your needs from building supplies, plumbing, appliances & much more! We have a Home Depot not far from this store and i refuse to even bother with them after having the worst customer service ever! Stick with Lowes for the lowest prices and best service!

I am a homeowner who has experience in the home design/home remodeling field and my colaboration with Robert Lake from Lowes of Dover it was the most rewarding project I ever done. His profesional expertise and knowledge made my kitchen remodeling a breeze . From the layout to detail he helped me to pick up the perfect configuration, the best choice of materials , the appropiate colors. I am looking forward for my next project, the master bathroom. I would certainly recommend Lowes of Dover !
