Lumina Builders just completed a condo bedroom redo for me. It looks great and was completed in only 1 week instead of the estimated 2 weeks. They are very professional and know what they are doing using quality materials. Shon was my project manager and kept me up to date on each part. He took my "I want list" and made it happen with beautiful flooring, paint, window shades, shelving, closet doors and lighting. All the workers just came in and went right to the project at hand without wasting any time. Most companies only want to do big jobs and would not even consider such a small request. I am so happy to find Lumina Builders and would recommend them to others. Thank you for a job well done.

We worked with Lumina Builders for a complete remodel of our kitchen, master bath, my daughter's bathroom and our laundry room - as well as an adding on a brand new office to our home - and - new flooring throughout the whole house. I had to have an entire main bathroom redone due to water damage. My relatives had recommended Lumina Builders from their own experience. Everything they indicated was true. While not necessarily the least expensive to chose from, their work was impeccable. My project was not as large as they usually do, but they had a nearby one going, so they were willing to work us in. I worked with Ron (Sensitive Information Hidden), the project manager. He was able to get the project completed in time, and within the quoted budget. It was a pleasure to work with him and his crew. Ron communicated about every detail and did not leave until we were all satisfied. Highly recommend this company.

Hired Lumina Builders to make a wash room/mud room from my entryway and my husband and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how the project turned out! Alon, the contractor was very accommodating and professional, he listened to all my ideas and made the experience very easy and smooth. David is from lumina builders was very friendly and professional.they turned my mother's old bathroom into a beautiful and amazing one of a kind bathroom. They came in with a really reasonable price. Did the job in a very timely manner and we're very good with cleanup. I would highly recommended builders they were by far one of the better contractors that I've ever worked with I will definitely use them again in the near future do yourself a favor and give them a shot.

Lumina Builders has handled our home improvements, demolition, and installation of a kitchen and a variety of other projects for me since 2010. Guy and his crew have always been on-time; professional and hardworking while doing quality work in a timely manner. Guy, our project manager has worked with us to provide suggestions and the best solutions so that our home improvement project runs smoothly. Additionally, if there happens to be an issue because of other vendors, they will happily take care of it without making a big deal about it. An example with my kitchen island, the granite cut was too short. The contractors from Lumina Builders sanded down the island end-cap to make certain it would fit properly. From taking care of drywall to full-scale remodeling, Lumina Builders will deliver the absolute best value for your budget.

We had two major projects done on our house recently by Lumina Builders, one of which was a bathroom remodel and the other was to replace an outdated deck. Guy and his teams are superb contractors and craftsmen, who paid attention to every detail and offered wonderful creative advice as needed. Guy always made sure that we were aware of ways to save money, the most innovative materials and how to make each project look its best. He also kept us posted on scheduling and arrival of the building materials. We are very satisfied with the finished projects by Lumina Builders.

We have been in our house for a little over seven years and being a 22-year-old house, it comes with some issues, maintenance, and definitely needs updates. Didi, the project manager has been able to bring us his creativity, expertise and overall vision to help us get our family room updated. He could completely remodel and update our family room with custom made wood trimming, paint and an area we wanted tiled! Didi and his crew have been extremely trustworthy, kept us in the loop of what was taking place, competitive in pricing and very knowledgeable. We wanted to remodel the whole house as an investment. We checked a bunch of companies out online and called Lumina Builders. We have an older house that needs a lot of updating just to keep up with real estate values. He (Tamari) showed us how we could get the biggest resale return for our remodeling projects. Lumina Builders takes the time to understand what you really want. He steered us away from a couple of remodeling options that would have been great if we planned on keeping the place. Tamari's crew really did a great job. His supervisor is dynamite. Lumina Builders are a really knowledgeable company. Even better, they know how to finish on time and on the budget.
