My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Damage from Ramon’s work destroyed our basement. Had to replace a century old main beam to our home because of his work. He installed a waterproof room completely wrong. The whole space had to be removed and redone. Also Ramon faked an injury to his hand and ran off. When we approached them ( it’s a husband and wife team) for a refund. Melina applied for bankruptcy. Unsafe electrical done by Ramon. Sewage pipes that were left cut open and stuffed with grocery bags. He leaves unsafe work behind great looking drywall. Also they go by a few names and have a few companies. Terrible. Stay away
