We hired McKay Building to remodel a lake house: gut the interior, bathroom and bedroom addition; exterior siding, roof, windows, floors, plumbing, electrical, screened-in porch, the works. Mr. McKay was professional and accommodating. We were always kept informed of progress and consulted when decisions were needed or complications were encountered. The work from all subcontractors was so well orchestrated that there was never idle time. Mrs. McKay was always available to help with selections of cabinets, countertops, fixtures, etc. The job was completed within budget, and Mr. McKay was always willing to work with us if we felt we needed to scale back or cut costs in an area. We were very pleased with McKay Building and have subsequently hired them to remodel two bathrooms in our home.
