McKean's Floor to Ceiling

McKean's has done several installations for us over the course of our whole-house remodel, including all of our flooring, granite, and tile. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome, and especially the way everyone on their team treated us like family. I felt very comfortable working with everyone from Ryan who has been so helpful and flexible with each of our projects, to Nora in their showroom who was very patient and helpful while I combed over the large selection of flooring and tile, and the installers who were all extremely professional and did exceptional work. A special shout-out to Curtis who had an extremely large tile job on our recent remodel. His work was perfect and we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Thanks You McKean's!

McKean's just completed a whole house remodel project that included LVT floor coverings, tile, granite countertops, kitchen sinks, and carpet and I cannot express how impressed I am with both the quality of products and the excellence of their saleswoman, Becky, and the installers. Becky did an outstanding job of helping me pick out the different features, not an easy task considering all the decisions that have to be made in coordinating everything. I highly recommend McKean's and especially Becky, who I now consider a friend. ❤️

McKean’s was AWESOME in remodeling my master bathroom! They took care of everything, made selections easy, and helped adapt to changing requirements. Most of all, I have a beautiful master bathroom with heated floors, a comfortable bathtub, and a really big shower. I would definitely recommend McKean’s.

We recently built a home and used McKean's for all our flooring that included tile, wood and carpet. We worked with Becky who is very knowledgable, helpful and provided superior customer service. McKean's provided professional expertise in the planning and coordination of the kitchen project. Employees who did the actual work were professional, efficient, and helpful. They kept the worksite in good shape at the end of each workday so family could continue to live in the residence. When there were questions about possible changes, all parties were kept informed and able to express their desires and ideas. Timetable was well defined and kept as best as possible. Very pleased with the completion of the kitchen remodel project.

We recently built a new home and McKean’s worked as a subcontractor for our builder. We worked with both Rob Manderfeld and Val Kitzmiller at McKean’s on multiple occasions and were very pleased with all the time they allowed us, their knowledge and recommendations of products, and their patience. Making selections for a new home can be very stressful and overwhelming, but Rob and Val helped in making each selection a fun and positive experience. At McKean’s we selected laminate wood, granite, and tile backsplash for our kitchen; vinyl and laminate countertop for our main bathroom and laundry room; vinyl tile, laminate countertop, and tile and glass accent for our walk-in shower in our master bathroom; and tile for our entryway and around our fireplace. It has been fun to watch our selections take place and create our new home. We have been nothing but pleased with the work performed and the installation of our selections. The tile products are nice and of good quality. The workmanship was not of the quality we had specifically requested. Although the shower will be adequate & functional, the end product is disappointing. Customer service was disappointing as well. I will not use them for future projects.

McKean's has provided excellent services and design through Rob and Becky. They are both extremely knowledgeable and their customer service is exceptional. I am especially particular and Rob has been superb with understanding my expectations and exceeding them! The company's workers are totally dependable and trustworthy without needing to be on-site with them. McKean's and Rob has completed the tile floor and backsplash in my kitchen and recently remodeled my master and main bathrooms with a fully tiled shower in the master and fully tiled shower and tub in the main bath, new beautiful tiled floor, and new modern large cabinet drawers in the master. Additionally, they carpeted the downstairs basement and tiled the bath. All of their work turns out better than imagined with lots of care to design details. And next, we will be doing hardwood floors throughout the main living area.

We found McKeans provided great ideas at a reasonable price. Were very responsive to questions. Hired talented craftsman to complete the job on time and on budget. I would and have recommended McKeans to friends.

We had our home recarpeted ,plus new counter tops in kitchen and vinyl tile in mudroom. We have known McKeans for 35 years since the house we had built in 1977, and they did all the flooring and countertops, plus some other remoldeling later in that house, and they did all the flooring and countertops in our present home when we had it built in 1992, with further remoldeling projects through out the years, including our last project in June. We also had them do a flooring project for out son's house, and countertops and ceramic tile in our daughters house, in the last month. They do very good work,leave everything clean and neat, Their quotes are the most competitive. We are very plesed with McKeans
