This review is long overdue, and I want to express gratitude to Meltini Kitchen and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great and reliable kitchen and bath company. Meltini redesigned and renovated my kitchen and added a brand new bathroom. It was a pleasure to work with the owner, Michael. From the initial meeting and throughout the entire renovation, he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a customer. Michael was not only my contractor/builder, but he also had on point suggestions regarding finishes and appliances. It saved me a lot of money as I did not have to use the interior designer for this part of my house renovation. Michael has a great taste, and he provided several options at different price points. He helped me to create a high end look for less. I do have to mention one thing that I initially was uncomfortable with, but in the end, it did not impact the construction process at all. As a matter of internal company policy, Michael does not give out his cell phone number or any of his workers’s cell phone numbers. They explained that the reason for such policy was that they had a large number of customers, and it could create a lot of disruption for the workflow. At the beginning of the renovation, I was concerned about being able to get in touch with Michael or his supervisor in case of emergency without having anyone’s cell phone number. My concern turned out not to be an issue at all as Michael was always very responsive to my emails and calls to the office. Moreover, Michael also very promptly responded to my request to help fix a chip on one of the kitchen cabinets which was several months after the construction was completed. He came to my house and personally repaired the chip, which took him a couple of days to do properly. This gets a five-star customer service rating in my book. In sum, Michael did a wonderful job redesigning my kitchen and adding a new full bathroom. He created a space that is functional as well as beautiful, and I get a lot of compliments on my kitchen from anyone who visits my house. I highly recommend Meltini Kitchen and Bath.

Meltini Kitchen and Bath Designs are absolutely amazing! They just completed a kitchen remodel for us and to say the end result exceeded our expectations is an understatement. Every aspect of the project was handled professionally, impeccably and most importantly to us with an open and continuous flow of communication. Since we were rarely onsite to watch the progress of the remodel we had to rely on Michael, Tommy and the team for updates and the identification and resolution of any issues or needed changes. To Meltini’s credit we never once felt uncomfortable or nervous about anything. With all that being said I would highly recommend Meltini for any upcoming work you are planning on! We hired Meltini kitchen and bath to handle the complete remodel of our condo, and we couldn’t give them higher praise! The detailed craftsmanship and professionalism was beyond our expectations. Their communication was exceptional as we were not on site during the project and our neighbors even complemented them as they were never inconvenienced. In the end, they met our budget while exceeding our expectations.

Would never recommend this contractor. Great salesperson (Michael Loukas, Ft Lauderdale location) however horrible follow thru once contract is signed. He can probably sell you the Brooklyn Bridge. Main installer was away and he scheduled install with a sub not familiar with their product. Absolute nightmare!!! Had to take off a week until regular installer came back from vacation and try to salvage the materials. Uses sub quality subcontractors and materials. Two weeks past 1 yr installation warranty quartz countertop cracked (poor installation problem noted on the install they did nothing to fix), faucet not functioning properly, undercounter lights no longer work and garbage disposal installed improperly. After countertop cracked said it would be covered under warranty "but be patient". Three months later came back with not covering the replacement. Treated our home horribly, no regard for the rest of the area in our home. Mixed cement on remaining floors which had to get scraped off floor (by us), filth beyond typical construction filth (i am in the construction industry) and never sent cleaning crew as stated in our contract. I can go on but I think I made my point. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR!!!

Over the last few years we had the opportunity to contract Meltini Kitchen & Bath Designs to do a complete remodeling of our kitchen and three full bathrooms in our home. MELTINI Kitchen & Bath Design remodeled my Kitchen and utility room 6 years ago. I am thrilled with the quality of the work. My kitchen is beautiful and functional. The best part of MELTINI is that they continue to support me. Recently my refrigerator died and I had to replace it. During CoVID it is difficult to find appliances, especially counter depth refrigerators. My new refrigerator fit in the space but was too short. MELTINI replaced the molding around the refrigerator after 6 years. Their installer had left extra wood trim in my garage for this purpose. Kudos to MELTINI.

After buying a home that was vacant for years, I was introduced to Michael Loukas (owner) and Tommy Jones at Meltini Kitchen and Bath. There was so much that needed to be done! Both Michael and Tommy took on the challenge. From that point on, they took full responsibility and took the burden off of me. They did a complete remodel and designed a beautiful kitchen, replaced all the floors throughout the house, painted the entire inside of the house along with new trim, replaced all the interior and exterior doors and refurbished the inside of all my closets. Every job was meticulously done! Every detail was done to perfection. No matter what situation would arise, Michael would say, “don’t worry, I will take care of it!” And, that is exactly what he would do. It was a pleasure to work with both Michael and Tommy. I highly recommend Meltini Kitchen & Bath for any project you need done in your home. You will not be disappointed! I couldn’t have done it without them. Trust me, they are top notch!

Meltini’s team was extremely trustworthy, reliable and painstakingly spent whatever time was needed to give us the perfect kitchen, bathroom and flooring. I needed a complete kitchen remodel done. I looked around and decided to call Meltini based on their high ratings from previous clients. Marcin, the designer came to my house to measure and discuss my vision for the kitchen. I picked out the cabinets, back splash, counter top, flooring, hardware at the showroom. It took a few visits to come to a final decision. Marcin was very patient and explained everything to me. After demo day, the sub contractors came in. All the tradesmen were very good at their job. No shabby workmanship here! The electricians, the plumbers, the counter top guys, the drywall guys, the floor guys and the one tradesman that stood head and shoulders above the rest was Tom the carpenter! He put my cabinets and trim together all by himself!! Everything is so level!! I have never seen a carpenter as good as him! Everyone was very friendly. But it's the quality of the end produce the speaks volumes. Excellent top quality work! Would highly recommend!!
