We used MHT to remodel our bathtub into a modern walk in shower with accessibility features and are very pleased with the results. Jason is extremely professional, the work was high quality, and his team was very friendly. The project was also affordable with a clear and upfront pricing breakdown. There just aren’t enough superlatives to describe how happy we are with the transformation Jason and his team performed on our whole house remodel. In March, we hired Modern Home Transformations (MHT) to rehab a 1955 cottage on Lake LBJ that hadn’t been updated or lived in for years but had good bones. By Memorial Day, they had beautifully and skillfully updated our home and it was move in ready! Here is what you’ll get if you hire MHT: they work only on your job from start till finish, they start early and work late, pricing is fair and reasonable, they are very easy to work with, knowledgeable, open to change orders without inflated prices, they communicate very well throughout the process and they even offer ideas for your consideration. We are thrilled with our “new” little cottage and HIGHLY recommend Jason, Austin and Nathan! In fact, we already have plans to hire them for another project we have on another one of our homes.

Jason and his team were easy to work with, responsive, and always did exactly what they said they were going to do. After receiving a few quotes for our project we selected Modern Home Transformations because of the professional and reliable communication from Jason. The original estimate we received was detailed and allowed us to make adjustments to the scope the project easily. As minor issues came up Jason clearly communicated any additional charges. We would use Modern Home Transformations again without hesitation. We now have two beautiful bathrooms!

I hired Jason to re-do my main bath. He was prompt for all of our meetings and the communication was excellent. The invoices were very detailed so I knew exactly what I was paying for. He was very organized and the project moved very quickly. The price he charged was very reasonable. He listed and was willing to make changes when I was unhappy with something. I would definitely hire him again.

The MHT team was great. This was the first time that we had ever done a renovation project and we wanted to redo the entire kitchen including some structural work removing a small pantry. Jason was one of 3 contractors we got quotes from and in building out the quotes from each, we found that Jason was open and honest with great suggestions as well as accurate estimates. His experience really helped us through the process and he was flexible when issues arose (in one case, we didn't get our lights on time, so he shuffled around the schedule to stay on track). The work was detailed and exact, very high quality and exactly what we were hoping for. There were no changes in our quote from the get go and Jason actually brought up decreases where less work was necessary. We'll definitely use Jason for future projects!

Jason was recommended by a friend. We first used his services for a master bedroom remodel of replacing carpet with tile and a board and batten wall. We were so pleased with his work that we had him do a full master bath remodel the following month. Jason is very professional and easy to work with. Jason and his team were amazing! This was the best service we have ever had with a remodel. If you are looking for quality and integrity it’s hard to find these days but they were spot on in every aspect!

Jason came in gave me a quote and a time frame and showed up on time a worked on my bathroom. Showed up everyday when he said he would. If he ran into any type of problem, he would let me know and usually have a solution ready for me, which usually worked quite well. I hired him a second time to do some touch ups in the kitchen and he did a subperb job there as well. Will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
