“We worked w/ Fran on this project for a complete kitchen renovation. We met with him a couple of times to pick out countertops, a sink, and cabinets. He had lots of options and was really helpful with giving his professional opinion as to what would work/what would not. He sent us to a couple of other stores to pick out appliances and tiles, which he had worked with before. It was a long process (1 months), but he had a schedule for everything (eg, plumbers, tile, appliance installation). He was very responsive when we called with issues (eg, flooring, incorrect placement of plumbing valves, minor blemishes in cabinetry), but the people that worked on the project were professional and did a good job. We were super happy with the overall outcome, and still love our kitchen!”
