After an exhausting few weeks of looking for a bathroom vanity that would fit our specifications, we popped into Neo Kitchen. Within half an hour, Michael had taken our specs, we had chosen our materials, and had paid a deposit on a price which we thought was more than reasonable. We were so pleased with the finished product that we have returned for two more vanities for each of two more bathroom renovations. Wherever we look, we keep ending up with Neo Kitchen. And Michael has been no less attentive and responsive each time. Their professionalism and quality of product for the price is unmatched in the Greater Toronto area. And while I hope I never have to do another bathroom reno, Neo Kitchen will always be my first stop.

The estimated cost was not increased during the project and commitment to make my kitchen done well. Material quality, measurement, installation process and attention to detail made my new kitchen a success. It was a pleasure working with the team at Neo Kitchen; Michael and Gaby. I was particularly pleased to find that during the initial consultation, Neo Kitchen provided a detailed estimate of the costs for my kitchen and clear details on the costs for any added elements. In addition, most of the design features of the new kitchen can be seen in the showroom which helped us make decisions more quickly. Michael was able to turn around requested changes in visual format very quickly and was very creative in offering suggestions for requested functional features towards finalizing the design. Michael was also very accommodating with some unique requests. Both Michael and Gaby are a great team who patiently provide very responsive communications, and are readily available to discuss and work through, any issues that come up along the path to completing the project to the customer's satisfaction. While my project complexity required multiple installation teams, each team was very professional and willingly addressed any issue brought to their attention. We are very happy with our kitchen cabinets from Neo Kitchen. Gaby is very polite and organized and responds to questions promptly. Michael did a great job helping us design our kitchen and was able to deliver according to timelines. The team came to install it over the course of 3 days (we have a larger kitchen) and worked very hard and very quickly. There was a bit of difficulty communicating with the team that came to install but had no issues as they knew what to do. Very professional experience working with the entire team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

After comparing quotes with a few companies, Neo's was the most reasonable and more importantly, the costs were communicated upfront as opposed to escalating with each subsequent meeting with other companies. Installation date was honoured which made for great planning on our part. The wall unit contained cabinets with a few customizations and a fireplace enclosure in the middle with stone backing. Installation was made in a 100+ year old house with less than level floors and the finished product is first class. Kudos to the installation team working in the evening to get it done and accommodating last minute requests. Have already planned to return to design a storage unit on our main floor.

We just did a Kitchen Reno in our townhouse. Neo Kitchen was a great company to work with. From product to installation, everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. The cabinetry is beautiful, and we had a chance to upgrade some drawers with a spice rack and other features. We would highly recommend Neo for any kitchen work.

When we decided it was time to renovate our Kitchen/pantry, and put our vision to a reality, a friend we trusted (who is a contractor) recommended Neo Kitchen. It was VERY challenging to renovate our main floor during COVID but Mike did his best to accommodate. I first saw the company’s truck in a neighbours driveway. Drew great attention. Then I went online and saw their work and reviews. Their finished work looked like a lot of care, attention and pride went into their projects. Then, my wife and I arranged to meet with Michael to discuss our idea, which was an office wall. When discussing our vision, Michael showed us an array of materials from an extensive sample collection, which gave us plenty of choice and options. Michael was very professional from the start, taking time to come by the site multiple times to take measurements, and offer guidance on design and problem resolution. Was also very patient with us as we went through several design iterations. As he continued to inspire confidence with his designs, balanced with reasonable costing, we ended up increasing the scope of work to the point that Neo Kitchen completed several projects for us throughout our home. We signed a contract with Neo kitchen to do the cabinets for a full kitchen renovation project. Michael and his team were very professional and helpful during the initial design phase where we have to choose the materials and finalize the design. Michael was very patient as we went through endless iterations. Michael is very knowledgeable in his trade and provided invaluable advice and expertise during this crucial phase. The cabinets were delivered on time and the installation team worked very hard day and night to get it in quickly. The team is led by a master cabinet guy who talks little but really knows his stuff. I hired Neo Kitchen to do my kitchen renovation. This was my first experience with them and looking at the photos of the previous projects, I was expecting similar results. From day one Michael was a true professional and very easy to work with. He showed us the designs the same day he took measurements and we fell in love. To maximize the storage space of our 3 closets, we selected Neo Kitchen after talked to a number of suppliers. Michael and his team are really awesome! Michael had produced great closet cabinet design up to the ceilings, fulfilling our family’s (including myself, wife, daughter and son) diverse needs and actually exceeded our expectations without any compromise due to budget limit. The lead time is faster than usual and the installation work was done within 3 days at high quality. Furthermore, on our request, they had installed additional wood laminates into 3 other closets. We rate Neo Kitchen Inc. the EXCELLENT Cabinet maker. Starting from the Owner Michael Wang’s first visit to our home to discuss about total kitchen renovation based on our need and expectation. We visited show room to view the kitchen design; proposed three dimensional proposed architecture of our renovated kitchen was very practical, functional, economical and very impressive. Michael answered all our questions with patience and explanation. If we were wondering about the cabinets style and material used, Michael gave us different options and gave his view on best looking kitchen. Michael was very patient and available until we made a final decision to select cabinets, countertops and single unit back splash. Michael and his staff were very flexible in execution of installation, very courteous and professional. During installation Michael was always available if need arise. Neo Kitchen made our experience for renovation of kitchen stress free: •Words of Michael Wang were as good as written contractual promises and beyond; •Our questions and concerns were addressed respectfully from our first contact for renovation of our kitchen until the end of work completed by Neo Kitchen; •The architecture and functionality of our kitchen was beyond our expectation; •The general contractor we hired gave us lots of nightmare but without the help, patience and cooperation of Neo Kitchen the entire project would have fallen apart. We just recently had our kitchen renovated by NEO KITCHEN. We got quotes and spoke to six different companies. Five of them were recommended to us by people we knew. NEO KITCHEN was the only one that we found online ourselves. After reading all the excellent reviews, we decided to get a quote from them. It turned out that their quote was better than most of the other companies. When we walked into the showroom, Michael greeted us and immediately made us feel comfortable. By his knowledge and professionalism, we knew we wanted NEO KITCHEN to do our renovation. Michael came up with a layout that was functional and met all our needs. He was able to work around an existing beam and incorporated the cabinetry around it to give it a seamless look. Throughout the process, we made a few changes and Michael was always agreeable to making any changes we wanted done. The kitchen was installed at the agreed time. We absolutely love our new kitchen. It is functional, sturdy, well layed out and beautiful. We look forward to using our fabulous kitchen for many years to come. We have made a very big project where we built a brand new kitchen in the basement and the main kitchen. The project was complicated since we had very limited space. The excellent design offered by Neo kitchen allowed us to increase the storage space and the working surface twice its original size. Now we have a very bright and spacious place to cook and to eat. The team is very professional, cooperative, flexible and responsive. The bottom line is: we are really happy and very satisfied.

When we got our brand new home, the kitchen came with built in appliances that we later decided to changes up with a different brand. The change in appliances resulted in an extra opening being formed within the framing of the kitchen that we hoped to close off to make a cabinet. We've been looking around with many companies to see if they would be able to match our current cabinet doors to fit the opening, but had no luck. Lots of the companies we called said they wouldn't be able to help us - until we came across Neo Kitchen. Michael was very welcoming and explained the whole process and exactly what needed to be done. They were kind enough to guide us through the entire process and they did an exceptional job. The new cabinet door colour and design matched the other cabinets perfectly; we absolutely love the end result and couldn't be more happy!

For someone that never writes reviews, I cannot help but to praise Noe Kitchens and their staff on the most beautiful and sound kitchen that I can say I have seen in a while. I am far too busy to write this, however, they really deserve all the praise I can give them. I was referred to Neo Kitchen by a kitchen cabinet door maker. When I first arrived at the show room, I knew instantly this company felt like the the kind of work I wanted to see in my own kitchen. Its display kitchens are clean and likeable and show good workmanship. As soon as I met Michael, I felt this was the person I wanted to work with. I did go and see other kitchen cabinet makers, many in fact, did my research, however, something kept bringing me back to the showroom at Neo. His staff there were courteous and friendly even when Michael was not available. I made an appointment for Michael to come and take measurements of my kitchen. He arrived promptly and after the measurements, he assured me all my requests would be and can be made, some were unique in its vision. This was a contemporary kitchen that I envisioned with one or two unusual requests. Upon meeting him a day later at his showroom, he already had all the drawings, which were digitally done, and the measurements perfectly arranged. And he had a quote, that was very competitive, ready for me as well. After narrowing my search down to two custom kitchen makers, I decided to go with Michael feeling that his professionalism and assurance was what I have been looking for. I also took advice to go with Michael after my aunt, who is an interior designer, also had a very good feeling about Michael and his work. And she has worked with a few of them to know. One condition I asked Michael was that he would provide me with a kitchen in 3 to 4 weeks as he assured me he would, even though that was a tight schedule. However to my surprise he said early in the second week that the kitchen would be ready for installation towards the end of that week. Thats right, 2 weeks. He caught me off guard, since I did not have my kitchen tile laid down yet, and I had to rush to find appropriate tile and have a tile guy come in and finish my kitchen floor all in time for the kitchens arrival. When the kitchen arrived, in a new truck with there own branding on it and my kitchen inside all properly sealed and wrapped, I already felt that this was a good choice I made. His staff carefully brought everything up into the elevators and down the halls without a hitch. This is an apartment in a high-rise that needed a new kitchen. They also brought enough tools and equipment with them to probably built a kitchen on site. Michael workers, especially Toby, were wonderful. Toby took his time and expertise in putting this kitchen in its place, which had a few tricks, considering its an older building, and its walls are not all straight. I can tell you, even if you are handy, this is a job for somebody that has done this before. And Toby did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and patient and professional. I cannot praise the customer service though enough about Michael, his staff, and his company. I work in the hospitality industry, so I know about hospitality, customer service, and customer satisfaction all too well. However, when one of the panels that I wanted to be part of this kitchen design was not there, a call to Michael was placed, and his team went back to the workshop to make this panel for me in no time. After bringing back the panel, it was realized that the other panels were a little wide to align with the wall. Without any hesitation, they were all taken back again to the workshop and cut to size. I did not want to be a bugger, but the whole team showed that satisfying a customer who was picky and a perfectionist was as important to them as it was to me. All that said, this was not an easy thing to do, to go back and forth, up and down the elevators. However they did it and did it well. I also like to mention, that all this was done for me even though this was not such a big contract or kitchen as one would order for a house. But it seems I still got full attention and service and workmanship of a much bigger scale project. And that is why I would work again with Michael on further projects and highly recommend him, his company and his proffesional staff to do a kitchen for anybody that needs one. Not only did he do a great job, and the kitchen looks fabulous, he was also available for you and made time to talk to you when you needed him or had any questions or concerns. On a final note, as I mentioned that I never take or have the time to write reviews, this one is definitely one that deserves a praise. We had recently completed our kitchen reno project with this company. Being almost retirement age, we were quite confused with all the options out on the market. A guy came next day for our first consultation. He was quite knowledgable and was able to gave us a rough sketch and estimate. They offered free design service so we can see on their company the finished effect. We finally decided to go with this company. We like the humble owners and apparent their reasonable price. The removal and installation was quite smooth as well. Our brand new kitchen is now brighten up and more accommodating for two seniors. We wish we had done this earlier.
