I can say enough about the design support, craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, quality of materials, knowledge, and fair pricing of Neptune Kitchen and Bath. Each member of the team listened, put our needs first, and worked with us to create the perfect bathroom for our home (124 years old) and our needs. From design to final product, the process was enjoyable. Estimates and billing were clear, fair, and on-target leaving no surprises. The work was done in a timely manner. We loved having the same craftsman from start to finish. I cannot wait to use them for another project: Laundry room and closet. It was a pleasure to work with Bob and his sub contractors. From the beginning Bob listened to what I wanted which was to double the size of my kitchen. He offered suggestions and in the end gave me a beautiful kitchen. His website citing costs depending on what was to be done was very helpful. It let me know what my costs might be even before starting the design. All of the sub contractors were easy to work with and I can not say enough and express my appreciation to Ty who oversaw all the work and never said no to any little change I wanted. Working with Bob was an awesome experience from the beginning! He went above and beyond even helping me with outstanding permits from a previous project. I found Robert Stahl & Neptune by searching Houzz. Based on the many positive reviews I read, I reached out to him & heard back within a day! We setup a call to discuss our project to completely renovate a kitchen, living room, den, and hallway - including removing a wall. After completing a walk-thru, he provided a detailed, reasonable quote and got started with the work right away. He and his crew take great care in leaving the space clean & organized after their work day - and anytime we had a question or concern, Robert was quickly on top of it. He is the most responsive, easy to work with contractor I have ever experienced, and we're getting ready to start a new project to renovate three bathrooms! I would definitely recommend Neptune!
