We would highly recommend Our House LLC for your home improvement projects based on our great experience and outcome. Working with Rachel and Drew was a pleasure including their professional ability to understand our requirements and ability to keep our kitchen remodeling project on time and within our planned budget. “We worked with Bob from S&CK for a completely renovated townhouse in Southport. he was extraordinary from the very beginning. He managed my expectations, and he helped us find exactly the right combination of kitchen cabinets to countertops, in very different materials, but completing styles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional, always. “We had our large master bathroom remodeled by JEJ Enterprises this summer and we are extremely pleased with the results. James was very easy to work with and helpful in developing the plan for the project. It was a very big job. The heart of the project was removing a large, but rarely used Jacuzzi tub, replacing it with a giant shower with a bench. The small standup shower was removed and replaced with a closet. The one-sink vanity was taken out and replaced with a new two-sink vanity. The large existing mirror and lighting fixture were removed and replaced with separate mirrored medicine cabinets and lighting fixtures over each sink. Recessed lighting over the main floor and in the shower replaced the existing single overhead light and an exhaust fan was added. A new radiant heat floor was installed under the new tile floor. James' pricing estimate was reasonable compared with the other bids we received, and his team completed the work at the time we requested. He also diagnosed the cause of water stains on our kitchen ceiling, tracking them back to leaks in the baseboard heating pipes in both our upstairs bathrooms. He and his men fixed the leaks and repaired the ceiling. He was very engaged with the project on a day-to-day basis. He made helpful suggestions regarding the materials and fixtures, but was flexible in working with our choices, giving priority to making the final result perfect for us. He introduced us to suppliers who were also helpful. His team cleaned up nightly and any inconvenience related to the project was manageable. Finally, James is very pleasant to deal with. The end result is beautiful. I would highly recommend JEJ Enterprises”

Not only is the Principal, Barry Hefetz a talented, hard working contractor, he is highly intelligent, motivated, honest and fair. Barry went above and beyond to please me and my clients and worked with us patiently through every detail of all phases of our construction project. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience of working with him and his construction crew. BC 11 Construction were respectful of the neighbors, the building property at all times, and above all sought to work with me and my clients to resolve all construction issues that cropped up (as they do in all design projects). I highly recommend BC 11 Construction, and hope to work with them again in the near future.”
