Aamir and his team did an excellent job with our bathroom remodel! This was a full gutting and rebuild. Floors needed leveling and there were a lot of unexpected issues once opening up the floor and walls. He worked with my husband and I on a payment schedule and pricing. Aamir and his crew followed his proposal to the letter. His team did a fantastic job with the excellent tiling in our bath, updated plumbing and fixtures, completely redoing our primary bathroom. They did a gut demo nicely cleaned up along the way through the entire installation part of the project. Aamir works with a variety of craftsmen specialists, who worked hard for us through the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year holidays. His advice and work on finish work: paint colors, new baseboards, shower doors, installation of our new vanity, etc. was terrific. We thank Aamir and his team on a great result.

Aamir started with great advice to scope work and estimate pricing to bring best value. Scope of work included painting, hardwood flooring, electrical, lighting, converting backyard deck to a beautiful, enjoyable patio, refinishing the basement into a livable and lovable area, kitchen remodeling - cabinets, backsplash, countertops, appliances- and a number of smaller cosmetic items all around the home and outside to improve aesthetics and make the home look a lot beautiful and pleasing for the next owners to enjoy. Prices were quite reasonable - both for labor and material. Color selection, fixtures, vanity choices all quite pleasing, sophisticated and priced for a great all around value. Project timelines were quite aggressive - start to end under two months. Perhaps, best thing was project finished on time. Believe me and if you don’t, look at the pictures for yourselves. Aamir knows his “stuff”. He has a wonderful crew to provide high quality, reliable services with a high level of professionalism. I have nothing but praise for Aamir’s and New Era Builders services. The first project involved replacing all the carpets in the rooms and installing beautiful white oak hardwood floors. We were initially torn between red oak and white oak, but after consulting with Aamir, he confidently recommended white oak, and he was absolutely right—it was exactly what we wanted! In addition to the new hardwood, we also decided to replace all the baseboards, which made a huge difference. For the second project, we removed an old deck and installed a patio to create a cozy and inviting space for family and friends in the backyard.
