New Life Bath and Kitchen

We had been talking about remodeling our master bath for the last three years. A few months ago we finally decided to do it. We were lucky enough to find New Life to help us make this happen as painlessly as possible. Our initial contact was with Paul, the general manager. He came to our home and after examining what room we had, he explained to us how much it would cost and how long it would take. We next met with Cassandra, Carly and Paul at New Life’s show room where they assisted us in choosing our layout, cabinetry and shower. We were also given a list of local merchants to help us choose our tile, countertop, sinks and fixtures. Furthermore they handled the ordering of our selections and stored them until it was time for installation When work finally began, David, Wayne and Erik were the construction crew. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed of progress and consulted with us on placement of various material. Perhaps the area we were most pleased with New Life and their staff was their communication. We were kept up-to-date on every aspect from beginning to end and if we had any questions they were always just a phone call away. We recently partnered with New Life to complete a total refresh of our home in Santa Maria. The several months-long project went very smoothly due to the professionalism and artful work of the entire New Life team. Paul and Karlie walked us through each phase of the project with detailed design presentations and accurate quotes. Both were dedicated to keeping us informed of project status. It is clear that Paul has developed good working relationships with local suppliers and crafts people. Each of his supplier recommendations proved to be spot on for our project. Karlie has a keen eye for design and managed the selection and procurement of materials thoroughly. She made the entire process very easy for us. Mauricio supervised the entire project from start to completion. He is a masterful craftsman, with astonishing attention to detail. Mauricio and his team member Adrian were respectful of the fact that we were living in a construction zone for many months. Their extra efforts at cleaning work areas at the end of each workday, and consulting with us on how to navigate the various projects to minimize our discomfort, impressed us on a daily basis. They both do beautiful work. Juan supervised the painting of the entire interior of our home. He and his crew are expert painters who are mindful of protecting home surroundings while doing their work. We are well impressed with Juan’s and his team’s work ethic. They often stayed late into the workday to ensure that we were left with a clean space. I will not hesitate to recommend all members of the New Life team. We are thrilled with the results of our refreshed home, and we have New Life to thank for it.

The entire experience was the best we have ever had with a remodel (We've done several over the 40 years). Other simply do not compare. New Life Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job with our full kitchen remodel. We could not be more pleased with our new kitchen. Paul was our first contact and did a great job measuring and explaining the complete process. We then went and met with Karlie (and Paul) at their office and did a complete design of the new kitchen and picked out the cabinet style. Karlie did a great job guiding us through the timing and steps of picking out all the other needs for the remodel such as backsplash tile, counter tops, sink, faucet, drawer and cabinet handles and knobs etc. The project started on time and Mauricio who was the lead on the project did an awesome job step by step through the whole process. He and his coworker Adrien O. worked hard and left the worksite very clean at the end of each day. They were always professional and Mauricio communicated very well throughout the whole project. He always clearly explained what was done each day and informed of what will be happening next. We could not be more pleased with the full experience of having our old kitchen torn out and a brand new upgraded completely different kitchen installed which included opening up walls. We remodeled our bathroom. There were no gaps in the work days. The project completed on schedule. Regular communication from Mike on project status and next steps. Arrived daily at scheduled time and considerate of home-owner working from home. Cleaned up daily. Good workmanship and good design details. My wife and I are thrilled with the new shower installed by New Life. The whole process went very smoothly. Work started and finished on schedule and the results are better than we'd hoped for. We just had our bathroom remodeled by new life and had the most exceptional experience! The Job supervisor Mauricio blew us away with his creativity and his attentiveness to detail! He’s very organized and methodical and made all of our bathroom dreams come true! His foreman Adrian was also incredible and made sure the job site was always extra clean and tidy after finishing each day! There are a lot of painting contractors around and a lot of people who do kitchen and bath remodels. What makes New Life special is their team of employees; their management, their office staff, and their field specialist. All these people are outstanding at what they do. They do expert work and have a commitment to integrity and quality. Every New Life employee that I met while our bathroom was being remodeled was on-time, well prepared, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I can't say enough good thing about Karlie Crawford, New Life's Interior Designer and member of the office staff. She was so patient and helpful whenever we had a problem. Likewise, Paul Piacentini, New Life's General Manager and estimator, was there every time we had a question or needed an explanation, or needed help. Mauricio Ambriz, the crew leader of the team that did the actual bathroom remodel work was/is outstanding. I have met may construction and remodeling people in my four-score years on this planet and rarely have I known someone who does better work than Mauricio. Friendly and courteous, quiet and thoughtful, knowledgeable about his craft... that's Mauricio. If Mauricio is the team leader of your kitchen or bath remodel you can relax and know that the end product will be just what you wanted. Also, Mauricio's co-worker, Adrian was/is a great person who works hard but is never too busy to explain what is happening or to help in any way he is asked. Even if you ask him to help with something not related to the project, he is there. Several times, he help me bring in groceries and once he helped me move a heavy piece of furniture. Thank you, Adrian. And finally, I want to thank foreman Mike Brewer and his co-worker Hector. Mike and Hector helped to get our bathroom remodel started, and like all New Life employees, they do great work and it was a pleasure to have them here.

New Life did an amazing job on our full kitchen and flooring remodel. They were great to work with. Prompt, communicative, friendly and professional.
